I don’t get why the person who has allegedly already seen it is being so coy. Why did the first message not say there’s a case with Avoca and x and it says xyz.

FWIW I found two cases against Avoca clinic from what I could see. In the last 2 years. Neither have Suzanne as the plaintiff and neither provide any details. But I could be looking at the wrong thing

Spotted something under the high court search bar, try that, don't think we would be allowed post it here till after the case?

They may be classed as 'court records'. I don't know enough about it all to know if we can or can't, it is easy enough to find now the site is back working.

It’s public information - so of course it can be discussed.
I searched it as I said before and saw nothing relating to Suzanne just two with others. I searched Avoca as defendant under high court section. What did you search?

I never said it can't be discussed, I said I didnt know about posting the actual record. It's under the high court search bar.

Sorry thought it brought hers directly so type in 2023 in the year and Burke in surname. Or type the avoca clinic in the plaintiff

Searching the clinic brings up three cases related to others. So strange how others can see something

Burke is the plaintiff and put in 2023, that works.

Love how this back fired on her, hope she's in bits for life. These bloggers and #prs getting all the freebies and look now. She's an absolute sack of tit. This is were the mortgage money is going to come from. I'd screen shot all the instagram posts and send them to avocas solicitors I'm sure there's loads since it done. She ain't that bad let me tell ya. Hate to see her getting a payout
