They didn’t get any survey. She had it up about not even checking the septic tank that’s how mean they are. Talk about going into something blind is an understatement. If the house was worth snapping up someone local would have bought it.

Would have been far cheaper to knock the whole thing and rebuild, keeping a similar footprint. Local needs may apply in that regard with planning, but maybe when its a replacement dwelling it might not, all depends on each co.co. Either way, its just a money pit as it stands & I can see this turning into a tit show very quick. Who knows what other issues are gonna pop up

Poor fixksr has aged 10 years in few months and wipl definitely burn out - imagine the stress alone of being the sole earner and no hope of finding the repairs needed to make the house fit to live in
