She’s deluded. How can they be living in all that. The absolute state of the house!!
She’s stressing that only one room is damp but by the state of that room alone I would think very differentlyShe’s deluded. How can they be living in all that.
I don’t understand why anyone would buy a fixxer upper that needs all that work when they are living week to week she says. Like the extension alone is going to be over €100,000 before anything is put in it. Then the windows an doors she actually is tapped. That room couldn’t be the only damp room if it has been left idol it has spreadShe’s stressing that only one room is damp but by the state of that room alone I would think very differently
Why would they do that?Anyone think the council bought it for her ??
Why would they do that?
Interesting, never heard of it before. It’s a scheme they have for homeless
Would they have bought in a different county though? It’s a scheme they have for homeless
That scheme you have to be renting the house and the council buy it off the landlord. It’s a scheme they have for homeless
With her heart and that she could of been told find somewhereWould they have bought in a different county though?
I do know that the council buy houses for people. Theres a few after being bought in the estate im in. But the people that moved in were local.
No definitely not, I don’t think the council would pay out for such a derelict house as they would have to bring it up to standard before they would be allowed live in it.Anyone think the council bought it for her ??

Totally agree with you. buying a house is supposed to be a joyful experience. The man clearly hasnt got a minute to himself working his ass off all day and then home to more work by her demands.Yeah there’s rigorous amounts of health and safety that go into councils buying private properties. They have to be up to a certain ber rating too. If the council were to invest in a 2 bed property, they’d have the funding to spend more than €90,000ish too. It doesn’t happen often but they definitely wouldn’t have bought such squalor. She also wouldn’t be allowed do the extent of the work she’s doing if it was council owned. It would have to be done professionally.
They 100% bought it themselves. And I’d say every morning she wakes up, she has to convince herself that she’s thrilled. I’d be pulling my hair out. I loved her little cabin, then remember she always goes on about the huge house she built with her first husband. It must be a bitter pill to swallow looking at her life now. She thought she was onto a good thing finding a young tradie husband like Martin. I feel bad for him. Imagine working your arse off and coming home to do more work on your derelict house. I’m sure he imagined buying his first house would be a lot different.
Surely the ex husband would have had to buy her out of the house, so what did she do with the money etc ???Yeah there’s rigorous amounts of health and safety that go into councils buying private properties. I don’t believe for a second that it was a mansion that she makes it out to be. But it would have been decent enough since they built it from scratch and had 3 kids. I think they sold the house and probably the majority of the money paid off the mortgage. So I wouldn’t say there was much to get in terms of money. Sure the first 5 years of a mortgage is basically just paying the interest off. Any money that she would have got was probably spent in the pub having a few drinks while she looked for a younger trade inSurely the ex husband would have had to buy her out of the house, so what did she do with the money etc ???
But could you actually believe she had this big house with him!!!! She talks bullshit all the time
