I can’t believe she goes to these events and then says she feels uncomfortable vlogging. Isn’t that the whole point of being gifted the event?! Don’t do vlogs then!!

Literally the only “content” in that vlog was watching her unpack her knickers while I ogled at her mum’s wardrobe and bathroom.

It’s really concerning how much everyday tasks seem to overwhelm her.

Half her newest video is her trying to explain Airtable and then saying she's not sure if things will work for other people. How is that helpful?
Also sounds like Zac is helping her edit the vlogs.

Why did Zac go to the publishing event with her? Isn't that part of her job (i use the term job loosely!) I wouldn't bring my partner to a work event...odd!

Doesn't he officially "work" for/with her? I usually that term loosely as she doesn't really do enough to warrant needing someone else haha. I think a lot of influencers end up putting their partner down as working together as there's some sort of tax benefit to it, not sure exactly how it works. So maybe she got him an invite because of that?

You just have to laugh..

Clicked onto the new vlogtober and not even a minute in and we are introduced to one very lethargic, anxious and poorly Jess.

It’s frustrating that we tend to get this Jess a lot throughout the vlogs until there’s a paid advert thrown in there. Suddenly she’s all chirpy and bright, beaming and raving about whatever product she’s being paid thousands of £££ to sell us.

Today she’s promoting a language learning programme, saying she’s so excited to learn Spanish and in typical YouTuber fashion, claims she’ll update us on her progress. Yeah right. As if she’s actually going to put the effort in to actively learn a language in her constant lethargic, mopey state. She’ll flog it in exchange for more money to pour into her luxury state of the art kitchen that she’ll never even use.

Didn’t she do that a few years ago too? I feel like she had an ad about her learning spanish

I always laugh when she says “I’m going to see the baby now” “I’m going to spend time with my baby now”. Why is that an activity in your day and not just your life, seeing as you’re a mum? 🤣
Right? This is something that I found and still find to be a bit bizarre since she first starting speaking this way as if being with Ines was an activity. She mentioned at one point in one of the recent vlogs that it was Zac’s turn with Ines that day but that she would be sitting down for breakfast with them which would be lovely. At first I thought oh maybe she was meeting them out for breakfast but it was literally just breakfast in their kitchen ? 😂

Correct me if I’m wrong but it sounds like these ‘turns’ they take each day with Ines means that she’s intentionally restricted from interacting with the other parent that day.

I could have swornnn she knew Spanish from school when she did her South America gap yah? 🤥 am I misremembering?

So she spends ONE weekday with her daughter and calls her ‘work’ week a “squeeze”

GTFO Jess. Why have a child if you can’t be bothered to raise them? (Obviously completely different if one or two parents are working but it’s clear these two are not). There is no rational reason why 2 stay at home parents need a nanny for 3 days a week.

Poor Ines getting passed from pillar to post during the week while her mum rambles to a camera and has to hype herself up for a 20 minute indoor bike ride. What a joke.

Just listening to her first Vlogtober and I can't help feeling (as she talks in extreme length about her daughter's sleep and feeding routine) how everyone around her that she talks to must listen to this constantly. How draining it must be. I'll admit I haven't had children but my siblings and many of my friends have. I'm an involved auntie etc but I haven't heard any of them go into such minutiae whenever they speak on the subject. That 's not to sound rude and perhaps it's helpful to other parents? but it's just so microscopically detailed. Why would your average viewer need to know this.

They might be doing something different now, but a while ago I remember her saying they'd take morning and afternoon "turns" when she was a baby. That makes total sense, like each parent gets 4-5 hours free from childcare duties. But to have it be entire days, with a toddler who's going to want to see her parents, seems weird.
