Still catching up on the thread and the last episode but just wanted to add.. I dated somebody like Mitchel going back 5 years ago now. I tried to break up with him 3 times and he would not take “I’m not interested in you anymore” for an answer. In his mind we were still dating. So when I moved on, I got accused of cheating because he was that delusional that he thought we still were together despite me ignoring all of his calls and messages 😭

Mitchel is giving MAJOR 🚩🚩🚩 controlling vibes. I wouldn’t go as far as saying manipulative because at this stage he doesn’t seem like he is even aware of how he’s moving and how offputting it is to girls lol but WOW shocked to see this play out on television and having experienced similar myself. I don’t really like Molly but you can see how uncomfortable he makes her from a mile away!

I think it’s her laidback confidence and she does have a great figure, well they all have great figures
 
Jess is giving mean girl vibes and I'm not here for it. Typical mean girl who witches about everyone else and cries as soon as she's called out! I don't like Molly but wow it must be SO uncomfortable in there with the other girls making it so obvious that they don't like her. And for Mitch.. well I have no words. He is an absolute CREEP. How many times does Molly have to say 'im not interested in you, I like Zach, I want you to find someone else' before it becomes clear for him? He is an absolute weirdo man

Years ago the film World War Z filmed in Glasgow and I was an extra along with half the city, because it seemed like a laugh. I couldn't act to save my life and sadly I'm not mates with Brad Pitt. However I guess my daughter is a neppo baby.
 
i think the hate molly gets is disproportionate to what she’s done. i don’t hate or love molly but the way she gets hated so much annoys me. jess obviously just hates her, the mitch situation has nothing to do with her. i don’t like calling girls pick me but if anyone a pick me out of the two, it’s jess. she said herself she’s used to getting the boys on the outside. the way her and mictvh were in the challenge yesterday was weird -and it was evident from when mitch and molly had their first argument, the girls were consoling molly and she was talking tit about molly to mitch.

you can claim to be “real” all you like, but she obviously prefers to gossip about molly behind her back like olivia from last szn. i don’t get why she hates molly *that* much. if the argument today with cathrine is over molly -then how come cathrine can be more mature even tho she’s the one who arguably got done dirty by molly? like shes siding with mitch over everything…while others in the villa acknowledge him being weird

Haven't actually seen the episode but I think it's a way of letting Jess know that Molly is aware that Jess is bitching about her, probably constantly looking over at the gym so inviting her over to join. Kill them with kindness type of thing. Molly will be used to mean girls like Jess - hundreds of them at dance competitions, auditions, productions etc (think Dance Mom's) so it'll be water off a ducks back.

Or it could totally be a dig and being a witch back

Yeh all Molly has done is precisely what Love Island is for (cracking on)
Yes she might be a theatre kid and a bit OTT/annoying at times but the reactions from Jess are a bit much and even Ella from yesterdays challenge (and don’t get me started on Mitch the witch)
That said, it’s making great TV and the girls will eventually have that sit down to kiss and make up. It’s only week 2 and I know I like to say the producers really don’t get *that* involved in real time but they’ll probably make sure the girls have a chat to clear the air before it goes too far

I wouldn't be surprised if the argument between Jess and Charlotte was about Ella. Charlotte has Ella's back about the whole Ty/Leah thing and is always reaching out to her when she sees that she's upset or pulling a face. Otherwise the argument comes from no where because I get the impression that Charlotte doesn't particularly like Molly herself.

I'm hoping Catherine is one of those mature and sound people who doesn't like bullying and unnecessary bitchy behaviour even if it's about someone she doesn't like.

agree this is basically my take on it. she’s obviously annoyed with mitch but i think doesn’t want to be mean and harsh. i don’t think she’s enjoying the attention from mitch at all, like she said she wished someone else picked him. jess seems like the kind of girl who can dish it out but not take it. don’t necessarily think there’s anything between molly and zach or that they’ll last but they may aswell couple up together lol

I do feel like Mitch is giving a totally different account of events than what is actually happening and that seems to be what all the other islanders are basing their opinions on. Which isn't fair because Mitches version isn't grounded in reality 😬
