Except that’s not what’s happening? Jess was called out for picking on someone, she through a strop and ran off crying and instead of asking what happened he’s ignoring the explanation being given to him and choosing to assert that Whitney made her cry.

I get that but he should have listened to Whitney not automatically blamed her. I think it's just two people with crossed wires. I don't think he's a red flag and neither is Whitney.
