With regards to Connor, I assumed that he was running for POTUS to impress Logan, the fact he’s still going for it means I was wrong, he really wants it?

They’re all still trying to impress their dad even though he is dead. I think Connor just feels a bit directionless so settled randomly on a presidential campaign.

I think so too. I'm remembering Logan screaming at Connor on the boat "You're embarrassing me" and then after Logan died, Connor saying he never got the chance to make him proud. They all live for daddy's validation.
 
For those that are/have watched the new show 'Jury Duty' on Amazon, does Ron remind you of cousin Greg?

Me and a housemate were having a fierce argument about it :ROFLMAO:
 
So was Shiv actually drinking? And snorting drugs… the camera panned away at that point so it wasn’t overly clear either way if she had or not?

Honestly I’m loving this season, it’s a shitshow 👌 Matsson trying to duck over Kendall and Roman with the 192 at the end was great

i think she took a sip of alcohol but didn’t take the drugs

I don't think she took any drugs. She seemed to playing with the container rather than actuallytaking any. She did seem to sipping at the alcohol though.

I can't decide if her and Tom will reconcile or whether he will ultimately say no.

I thought she was just playing with the container too but when the camera cut to her she sorta sniffed as if she might’ve, I wondered if it was left purposefully ambiguous

She had champagne on the plane at the end, too

I kinda hope Shiv wins in the end, she’s constantly being tit on for being female

What people don't seem to realize is, all the kids are trauma bonded to their Dad and have varying degrees of narcissism. Connor has grandiose narcissism. He's completely delusional but he's trying to impress his dead father.



If you watch and understand the subtext of this scene, (like the first comment said), she's not only telling Willa to have babies soon (if she wants the money to keep coming), she's also telling Tom. "Get the bag you dumbasses" - Marcia to both, basically.

After Kendall, Roman and Shiv, I really love Marcia and Lady Caroline. Marcia is the queen of frost and witty stories. I'd really like to see more of Marcia this season.
