I can just see the endless ringer debates as Patricia deploys some of her Broadway moves in Katya's daring choreography fusing the Matrix paso with the David Brent dance.

I think Vito would do a Katya with a duffer - give it absolutely everything, rather than just rock up and tootle round the floor a la Karen. At the very least we'd get a LOT of shirt-off action as a distraction technique.

After watching him with the couple celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary on This Morning, I think he would do well with a perceived duffer.

I hope he gets a wholesome middle aged presenter/actress who takes him in as a surrogate son, he can have his meals cooked and his washing done for him (I remember Luba saying she had offered to do his washing once)

I think some of the pros are happy whoever their partner is and whatever their ability - Katya, Graz and Nancy spring to mind. I reckon Nikita, Vito and Carlos will be exactly the same with their inevitable duffers.

I do wonder how Vito would do with someone who can't dance, he is untested in that department. Though I'm 100% confident he won't pull a Gio.

Just hope he's not a Pasha who was nice but hopeless at teaching duds.

I think the only male pro who wouldn’t try their best to give a duffer a good time is Gio because he thinks he’s superior to the other pros and should always have a partner who he thinks is worthy of him.

Karen & Jeremy Vine were the best example of the power of Strictly - I think he's a total idiot usually but came across so endearing on the show and it was probably the best pairing Karen had.

I think Dianne, like Gio, would struggle with a duffer as, apart from her first year, she’s always had potential contenders. I don’t think she is the best teacher as she is always very self-focused and I think Bobby could have done far better with someone like Katya.
