I can’t see anyone leaving this year. I thought they might subtly usher Michelle out the back door but she’s on the pro tour lineup so maybe not.
 
The only pro that might go on their own accord is Gio, but I think he will want to do one last year and try and leave on a positive.
I keep forgetting Michelle exists as a pro dancer. It’s odd she’s on the professional tour but has never had a celeb partner, isn’t doing the arena tour and was barely on the show last year.

I do find her absence from the main tour odd, she's the type they'd usually take as a backing dancer. Maybe nobody else wanted the extra pro tour spot.
 
It’s surely got to be Neil’s time soon.. how many seasons can go for as a backing dancer?! Do you think he just does it voluntarily at this point?! 😉 Even if he was a pro regularly given a celeb, he still must be reaching the same danger zone as Gio, Gorka, Dianne, Nadia, Luba maybe of the longer running, getting older pros? The female life up really needs a shake!

I keep worrying about Amy 😥 she’s been so quiet on social media which is really unlike her. I really hope she’s just taking a break. I keep looking to Dianne to see if there’s any obvious worry or upset surrounding her as they are good mates right? And she seems her usual upbeat self so I am really hoping everything is OK!

Neil was actively cringe to watch on tour as well. Karen has kept herself looking good for her 40s and still dances reasonably well (even if she totally phoned in the choreo last season), but Neil's dancing looks middle-aged, and him in the non ballroom pro numbers...😬

Neil definitely won’t go now that he has a baby to provide for. I don’t think Chyna works and hasn’t really made it as an influencer so his income from strictly and the tours is probably their main source. Amy has posted a few times this week and seems upbeat, said she just took a break from social media as it’s still so hard seeing other people posting.
 
Even if Gio was planning on leaving I think he’d want to stay another year so it doesn’t look like he has been forced out after the Amanda situation.
Neil would have to be forced out, he’s not voluntarily going anywhere. I swear his dad must be one of TPTB as I can’t understand why they keep him around when he is pretty much constantly benched. I think he has tried to be an influencer but he’s really not great at it and doesn’t have the commitment. He said he would be vlogging daily for 36 days straight during the tour. Today should be day 25, he has only done 14 and they were as cringey as you can imagine. He was definitely the kid at school who you felt a bit sorry for so tolerated despite him being annoying and really attention seeking. He really never grew out of that stage.

Amy is on Lorraine this week.
 
I think Gio will stick around, unless something else comes out about what happened with Amanda that might show him in an even worse light (not saying there is anything, but it doesn't feel like that story has completely gone away)

The only other pro I'm wondering about is Johannes. I just get that same vibe I got from Oti - like he's outgrown the show a bit. But I can't see anyone else wanting to leave or getting cut.

Unless someone else higher up in the BBC needs to cut the budget a bit a doesn't see the need to have so many benched pros
