Looked like the party ended quickly after the initial fascination of being on the bus. Tyler realised that 6' 3 him could not fit into the bunk, Michelle wanted to go by air and Craig complaining that it was all too small.

Not sure why a 4 and an half to 5 hour journey would require a sleeper bus when they could all have a relaxing day today before tonight's show?

Great to see TyDi at Great Ormond Street Hospital, the kids will love them.
 
This has probs been discussed at length but just popped in to acknowledge Helen’s popularity on the tour! She’s fairly racking up the wins. I watched her Couple’s Choice the other day and outwith the show, I didn’t enjoy it half as much as I did at the time. It felt like it was the breakthrough but once it’s all over and done with, it didn’t have the same spark for me

Helen was on Loose Women today, she seemed to have had a great partnership and friendship with Gorka. Must say the BBC are really great at putting the couples together.

She was talking about Gorka being so supportive and caring towards her during the series, also that performing the Mein Herr dance would never be the same without Gorka, he always made the dances to show her off at her best. Have to agree, the arena tour footage that I have seen the dance has never been as dynamic or as great to watch as the original. It is only when they are compared that you realise that although Gorka was the supporting part of the dance he was integral to its wow factor, Kai just doesn't cut it quite the same. You are right @LennyBriscoe

I wonder if she has covid? Just in that she would be isolating away from the vast I’m guessing and because this has all the vibes of Nikita having it last year and it not really being explained despite the fact he missed the official photos and Tilly was dancing with Neil. Hope she’s ok and on the mend soon anyway, it would suck to miss the London shows.

ETA: I rarely give Neil much credit but at those shows he did in-fill for Nikita in their 2 dances and the group numbers, was in the pro numbers and was backup dancer in near enough every other routine aside from Rhys and Nancy’s AT and Rose and Gio’s dances. It was no mean feat.

I saw that interview earlier, and I just like Helen more and more. I know the whole journey thing is a bit of cliche, but it's just so great to see someone find the whole Strictly experience so personally rewarding

And I agree about Gorka and that dance 😁

Going back to the earlier post about dimwits on social media wondering ‘who did Vito dance with’ due to Fleur being ill, I can’t believe the obvious solution passed us all by!

Be honest, every person on this thread would pay good money to see the CFP dancing Fleur’s parts (and in Fleur’s costumes) with Vito. And anyone who claims otherwise is a stone-cold liar. 🤣
