Giovanni, Dianne & Karen all ought to go. Those 3 are obvious ones to be replaced, Dianne for never getting the best out of her celebs and acting weirdly desperate, Karen was so checked out and Gio is in Brendan territory.

I'd also consider trading Neil for a young pretty guy to join the troupe and become pro after a couple of years seasoning. And either Michelle or Nadiya. Think 5 changes is enough.

Same here. I don't want to sound heartless and do want her to be able to see out her time on the show and not end like this, but I'd only bring her back for a one-season duffer (and a Christmas special) and then move her on. Happy to give her a place next year but not a permanent spot again.
 
I will literally rip my tv off the wall if this happens

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I wouldn’t be that upset if Bobby won (other than Dianne being insufferable). Whilst I don’t think he is as strong a dancer as the others I have seen a real growth and maturity in him. I think he would have developed more as a dancer with a stronger choreographer like Katya and not had to rely on his emotional CC and inappropriate social media use from his professional. I like Bobby and am glad he’s done well.

I will also be happy for Ellie is she wins. She seems like a genuinely nice girl who has found more self confidence through this competition. She has been consistently good. I just hope her show dance is more reflective of her than the random dress the young woman in a red pvc catsuit and get her to throw herself around bollocks she had on Saturday night. She is far better than that.

My heart and votes are with Layton but I know the odds are stacked against him. I think ultimately he will be the biggest winner from this series as his talent has been showcased perfectly by Nikita and I think he will go on to have the career his talent deserves.

There is potential for great show dances

They've done the popstar for Ellie so hope they won't do again and she gets a different style

I hope Layton and Nikita go full out with the tricks - screw the heaters, and it's what the show dance is for

Intrigued what they will put together for Bobby, tho. Can't imagine

Bobby had everything going for him straight from the off to be an amazing dancer - hes young fit and healthy, is a total natural on the dancefloor, had bags of rhythm great co ordination, super confident these are BIG ticks for any pro, She's acting like week one he was like Les.

Trained or not he wasn't an underdog more a rough diamond, little bit of polish and boom she's now with the king of ballroom it's hardly like shes got John Sergeant to the final.

So true. Bobby had quite widespread "he's a finalist" comments as soon as he was announced. More so than Ellie. She was the middler that actually shocked how much she threw herself into her first dance and how good she was.
 
Obviously Ellie is going to win and she of course deserves it; she's done some great and amazing dances and seems like a nice girl.

However if were really going to call a spade a spade she has been very fortunate to be in a season along side Layton, Nigel and Angela R who took more of the ringer title therefore letting her go more under the radar.

Of course she isn't as much of a ringer as Layton is but you can tell looking at her dancing that this is someone who did grow up doing some sort of training in performing and dancing. Not to say she should be shamed for having experience nor should anyone be but she has been lucky in that sense; if she was in a 2020 Maisie year then she probably would of have been called out in more like she was.
