I hope he doesn’t disappear now till August. What do the pros do between now and the show?

Hopefully he and the others from the pro tour get a well earned summer holiday and can enjoy the nice weather. It'll really be only 10 weeks until they start rehearsals.

It was confirmed by Sarah James in the piece about Amy that there's no new hire dancer this year.

From what he said it's due to run out in 10 days but because of Brexit you now have to have 3 months left on your passport to travel to an EU member state. Either way travelling with 10 days left on your passport isn't something I think I could risk.

I feel the same having said similar. Just awful for her and her family. I hope Strictly still honour her contract as normal financially even though her involvement in this series is questionable.
