I know that Jojo goes the extra mile for his contestants but I think he might draw the line at that.

I see Brendan Cole is saying that Nigel should have more humility. Yes that’s right Brendan bleeping Cole is lecturing on humility 😂

He also slagged off Laytons CC saying it was like Magic Mike. Says the man who spent his career dancing with women who just about had their genitalia covered.

What is DM’s obsession of surreptitiously filming the couples in rehearsal with a zoom lens with a grainy photo of them up close through a training room window? I think this is the 3rd or 4th such picture of this kind

Apart from the fact they are obviously barking up the wrong tree with Johannes & Annabel but it’s coming across as voyeuristic and a bit sleazy. If this was Keith who lived down the road taking all these pictures he would get labelled a perv

If I came into Strictly blind and had no idea Nikita had a girlfriend & was probably straight, I’d absolutely think there was something between them. They are the ones I’d absolutely be gossiping about. They openly flirt, constantly touch each other, Nikita’s copying his northern accent, they’ve decided to dress matching on multiple occasions, they have chemistry for days.

However, the fact it isn’t that actually makes me smile more. Nikita is so comfortable in himself & with Layton, it’s so bloody lovely. I recon they’ll really miss each other once the series ends. It’s a bit like when you lived with your best mates at uni. I used to feel a bit bereft when I went home for the holidays and I suddenly didn’t have my mates around me 24/7!

I would say the press ignoring the flirtiest couple (apart from that OK article I shared yesterday where it stated they were hugging and kissing) says a lot about how uncomfortable they would be reporting on a same sex relationship developing from Strictly. They are even trying to suggest that Annabelle may have turned Jojo straight. I’m aware that Nikita has awakened long dormant feelings in me but, no disrespect to Annabelle, I seriously doubt that is the case here! 😂

To be honest, after 3 months as a grief counsellor I wouldn’t think he’s got the energy.

I agree. I think that being partnered with Johannes has probably been a very positive thing for Annabelle but it will have come at a very high price for Johannes as he seems to be a very empathetic person. I watched his tango from last year and I’d like to see more of this Johannes. Doctor how are we going to save this fake mannequins life!

I love Johannes, and I loved this partnership with Ellie. Fun and lighthearted.

I still remember Ellie's speech when she was leaving about how she was proud of what she had achieved. And rightly so. She got criticism from the judges some weeks, that seemed quite harsh at times.
