I think if we are looking at people who have been on a journey I can’t see any improvement in Bobby, Nigel or The Rippon. I think they have all stayed at a similar level. I can see a slight improvement in Annabelle although she is still so rigid. I think Angela S had her best night on Saturday but she hasn’t shown much improvement. I think Ellie has grown in confidence and it shows in her performance. I think Vito is the perfect partner for her and has taken her under his wing determined to polish the rough diamond. I think Layton has shown improvement too. He is less flamboyant musical theatre performer and showed a lot more nuance and emotion in his performance on Saturday.

I think his CC is going to be camp, flamboyant and full of tricks. Lots of people won’t like it but they won’t like him whatever he does. Why should he change who he is and conform when he has the chance to throw it all out there? I think Nikita is very emotionally intelligent so can get the best out of the people he is dancing with. He adores Layton and he’s going to celebrate who he is. They know their odds and that there is chance they won’t make the final and the show dance. Nikita is going to make the most of Blackpool and the CC and I can’t wait.

`i'm not questioning her judgment, I meaning he's a lowlife and she is well rid for him going to the papers about it their break up it should have been kept private between them!
 
If you read the article in the DM though, he says they talked about kids and she said possibly in the future. To then do an interview saying no, I don’t want kids at all must have been a bit of a kick in the teeth. Both of them seem like they didn’t communicate well at all! Unless he’s lying about that I suppose. Running to the papers is a dick move.

That's my concern about the CC - there will be a lot of moaning that he's allowed to do a dance style he's trained in, that he's obnoxious or smug (see these words thrown about a lot when people really mean how dare you show confidence), heaven forbid he wears a AJ's showdance dress which will open up another gammon flavoured can of worms.

AJ’s Showdance dress is one of my favourite bits of Strictly tattle in-jokes.

I missed the Saturday chat but I spent all of Krishnan’s dance reminiscing about Fanny Rat and Laura’s ‘well done on yer spins’ samba 🤣 (please tell me it’s the same song otherwise I’m going to look like a nutter!).
