I adore Nikita and I’ve long loved Layton, so I’m genuinely delighted at the pair of them! So nice to see Nikita really pushing his talent & a very different version of himself this year. He seemed very polite & very gentlemanly with his female partners. He was almost a little bit bland. This year, he’s a little firecracker. They have fantastic dance chemistry!

I’m thinking Zara and Nikita in dance off this week. Neither are particularly good, not the worst but also not particularly likeable and not sure about Nikita but surely Zara doesn’t have any fan base to speak of, let alone a fan base that watches strictly.

I saw Graz repost Pete Wicks asking everyone to vote for Zara, but agree, probably not a transferable fanbase! I do think Jody is likely to be in the dance-off tonight though.

I do miss Darcy, she was lovely and always looked elegant and beautiful.
You just know when Shirley’s going to be nasty to someone, she has a certain look in her eye. At least Craig is just brutally honest, Shirley just picks and chooses who she likes and who she doesn’t. Poor Nigel, especially.
