So many have done it now!! And it always comes out as a scam so I don’t know why people fall for it. James calling people Christmas puddings is disgraceful. I’m not really surprised at him but I’m surprised Ola is going along with it. They must be desperate for the money 😦
 
A suggestion for next series - Lutalo Muhammad. He won the CiN special in 2016, he's retired from competing now, and he was very popular as a presenter on last year's Olympics so I could see the BBC wanting to give him more work. Also, tall, good looking, engaging personality, which all helps. I just watched back his CiN dance and he seemed to be having a blast

 
Doing a before & after walking towards the camera pose but according to their replies to those on Instagram who said that them putting on weight was planned in order to cash in and do this fitness thingamajig, it wasn’t pre-planned at all they just happened to let themselves go because they weren’t dancing and he was grieving

Absolutely yes to this! He was great during the last Olympics so Strictly would definitely provide the boost that the BBC would want. Looking at that dance, I would love it if they partnered him back with Karen aswell 🙂 Good shout!

So annoying and disingenuous. I knew something was awry when they posted the swimming pool shot in the summer. James is all narky in the comments on Instagram. I had a peep at the product and there doesn't seem to be any detailed information about what your get for your money. I guess there are always people who fall for this tit.

I've no idea who he is, but disingenuous prick springs to mind.

Just say you want easy cash. This online subscription and a few videos costs nothing to put together. They get 10'000 people buying it then that's half a million every 3 months.

"You haven't invested in it in anyway" eh so unless people have funded you then they can't call something a scam?

I've always assumed the reality behind those fitness DVDs/subscriptions is that there is little chance of losing the amount of weight lost by the celebrity by just following the being flogged programme. I imagine they actually: a/overconsumed deliberately in the lead up to the campaign launch, together with some staged ' oh look at me! Never mind I'm focussing on x/y/z for now!' Pics.
B/then went on a severely calorie restricted diet for the next 12 or so weeks
c/ did shed loads more exercise then what is shown in the videos, including lots of running and strength training.

There's another celeb who dines out on fitness and it's quite obvious just from looking at them that they do a lot more than they claim to whilst flogging their fitness wears.

so disingenuous.
 
Beyond grim using a "cute family" type video all to sell a subscription with a faux offer of sign up for 3 months for £50 rather than £70.

Imagine signing up blindly for whatever this new revolutionary system is 🙄, when there's load of free or no doubt far more comprehensive services for less.

Kai was having a wholesome family Christmas with Nadiya and her daughter, so Gio will have needed a new wingman for the BOGOF male escort thing. Perhaps that’s why Neil took wee Cameron in for the season, so Gio couldn’t get his prison tattooed hands on him.
 
I have Gemma Atkinson’s book (bought ages ago) but it’s actually good/realistic and has recipes, it also has ‘do at the gym’ options, and ‘do at home’ options.
I feel she’s very upfront about what she eats/how she works out etc. She also didn’t do a before/after with it.

Also, ‘prison tattooed hands’ 😆😆
 
It was quite clearly planned from the start. The walk towards the camera when they were overweight was done at the same time as the photo that hit the press in August (or whenever it was) in the 'omg, look how fat the Jordans are now' story. This whole thing was not as a consequence of that photo and that moment when you realise you need to do something (which they are implying) hut that photo was all part of the plan (if that makes sense?)

That was sweet of Neil to do. I know we poke good humoured fun at him, but it must be very hard for the younger foreign pros to be in the UK away from family/friends at Christmas, especially in these damp and dismal times. So it was good of Neil to extend an invite to the lad.
