I doubt they care tbh, probably that happy with winning that they didn’t even notice! Most of the pros seemed a lot happier when they ran on at the end to congratulate them so that’s good I guess. Also, anyone seen Jayde’s recent instagram story? Pretty much implying that she’s going to be talking tit about strictly at her comedy shows next year…
She probably wrote that herself to feel relevant and have new material for any interview or comedy act

@nicalibres great minds!

Which Australian Open did Dianne win? I know she was a Western Australian Open champion in New Vogue, but that was a State championship, when did she win a National title?
This is taken from her profile on the BBC website.

"She’s also an Australian Open Champion and four-time Amateur Australian Open Finalist, as well as being part of the Burn The Floor production on Broadway from 2011."

Some pictures from the after party - Only of them leaving though so no gossip 🤣
Ugh we will never find out who was snogging whom!

I presume/hope the tour is gonna announce Helen and Fleur this week - don't know why they kept it back, unless to generate another press day.

If Vito is not flouncing around UK stages and mangling song lyrics in January I won't be responsible for my actions (the revelation the other day when he sang along on Fleur's radio show to the lyrics of their showdance that he was convinced it was called 'Come and Fight With Me' sealed that  )

I loved him singing Mariah Carey -“I don’t want a life for Christmas”! 🤣🤣🤣

Yes, I know that's what her profile says. So are they referring to the Western Australian Open when they say she's a champion? Because that's a bit different from being the Australian Open champion, no?

Lauren has a cute story up of her and Vito singing along to a big band number in rehearsals yesterday. Needless to say, the words are a distant memory for Vito!

Jayde seems determined to tarnish whatever goodwill remains for her - I can't remember a contestant being reasonably well liked on the show and then trashing their reputation after (bar Seannnnnn for different reasons). No wonder Karen discreetly distanced herself - Jayde could probably be vicious if Karen was publicly hostile or indifferent, and I remember Karen saying earlier in the season when she was asked the key to surviving so long on SCD that she 'doesn't get involved in the drama'..

i’ve been hoping for max whitlock for years 🤣 it clashed with commentary duties this year so i’m hoping next year 🤞🏻 gymnasts tend to be decent on this show and i feel he would be great!

in a magical world though, tom holland and/or aidan turner. i know past dance experience would make them the ringiest of ringers but still 🤣
Next year would be too close to the Olympics, wouldn't want to risk injury before the competition build up! Maybe next year or the year after though 🤞🏻

Thinking about it, Hamza is actually my favourite winner from the time I've been watching the show (2016). I enjoy watching him dance more than Rose, Bill, Kelvin, Stacey and Ore. The only one who comes close is Joe McFadden but I still prefer Hamza.

Just seen Gemma's insta story from last night where she's walking out with Gorka and talking about how disappointed she was that Helen didn't win. Neither of them mentioned Hamza and Jowita or congratulated them. Sore losers 🙄

Danny Mac is my favourite winner from those seasons.

I’d like a cyclist too. Mark Cavendish, Bradley Wiggins, or Geraint Thomas. I’m not sure if Strictly would have a transgender participant but if they did and this person felt comfortable I’d say Pippa York. Paul Heaton as I said previously, but I doubt he’d do it.

Jayde also determined to look for offence on Helen's behalf. Jo Clifton said Helen had gained confidence and Jayde apparently thinks it is an insult 🤷‍♀️ Even though I'm fairly sure Jayde herself at some point said she had got more confident through Strictly.
She is beyond tedious and clinging to her 5 minutes of SCD fame.

They're saying she's a previous Australian Open Champion what is so hard to understand about that? No where does it say the word Western there. Just being nitpicky.

Also refers to them as ‘her winners’. A lot of people connected with the show have shown their true colours over this.

I think she's allowed to be disappointed her partner didn't win and there was no malice or anger about the post whatsoever. Gorka has commented on Jowita's post congratulating her and saying he is proud of her (and posted a story)

Genuinely not getting any sort of bad loser vibes from them at all, just understandable disappointment
