I think large chunks are pre-recorded (Ritchie probably this afternoon, the Pro Challenge stuff maybe this morning?). Lovely to have Mel and her everlasting, inexhaustible positivity on the show. I have a right soft spot for her (though her dress is baffling).

Kym very good in the Cha-Cha-Cha, and looks as happy as I've ever seen her with her 1980s' hair and her legwarmers already on, bless.
