I'm sure that's what Claud is meant to be doing. It just seems so cynical, disingenuous and unnecessary to poke and prod them to express any more emotion.

My guess is that this is the line she’s been told to take by TPTB - she never used to be like this, and it doesn’t feel like her natural demeanour based on how she appears on other programmes.

Yeah, I'd say Tyler is there but I think Tony has been down near the bottom most weeks in the polls and hasn't been in the bottom 2. Kym or Molly seem more likely.

Completely agree - it doesn't seem like her.

I really don't like the X-Factorisation. Dancing is naturally emotive and expressive, but the sad stories have been overegged so much now that we roll our eyes when somebody talks about a dead relative.

When’s the Christmas special filmed that must be soon? I like watching Dave Thorpe have a melt down because it delays him getting info off ‘his’ mole about the DO.

I’m starting to think that Dave’s ‘mole’ might be an actual mole, for all the use they are.

Perhaps when Dave retires to bed without managing to deliver a spoiler it’s because he was sick of shuffling around his garden waiting for Moley to pop his little head out of his hole.

i don’t think it comes naturally to her either (her awkward little “i’m sorry you’re sad” to kym sorta confirmed that to me) and it’s a shame because her natural strength is her quips and observations, not trying (like you say) to fill an x factor role where you’re actively trying to keep people in an emotional state.

Apparently the vote would have been taking pace at half time but it was an away match so wouldn't have been as many fans there anyway.

This just in - Dave Thorp's mole was revealed to be a Mr A. Mole, who wrote this poem to the BBC. He thinks it is rather good.
