You know I am going to be half expecting that the puppets will appear next week 🤣

Was that the first time ever that Shirley produced shoes like that? I am not a long term watcher but haven't seen her doing it before. There's an edge all of the time, imo, in her feedback to Fleur. I'm just imagining her thinking aha, I know what I will do next, and packing up the weird little shoes 😁
Will was the first recipient of the spooky shoes masterclass … but she had come prepared with a male pair and a female pair, for balance.

Dianne, next time you do Insta stories of Vito when his crotch is on camera, make him get rid of the thermos coffee cup. Then I'm prepared to stop finding you irritating. 😂

I didn't expect Kai and Nadiya to go down this route - the brand deals, the designer dog, the couples tour and rumours of engagement after leas than a year. It is naff. I've gone off them, though not in a deranged KJ fan kind of way.

I think they are probably thinking ‘oh what’s the harm, we are together anyway’, which is fair enough, but putting that attention on to it can turn sour or become bigger than you anticipated, particularly if you break up which does happen.

Had to laugh at the bit where she said that all of the 'cool cats' in their 20s know who Tyler is.

Cool cats 😆

I totally glossed over how creepy Shirley's little shoes are, this is the woman who gets ridiculously excited over chicken after all, but should we be concerned that she has two tiny dancers locked up in her basement or something? Or did the shoes come off the voodoo dolls she has which resemble whichever celebs she has taken against each year? 😆

That's quite an interesting interview and I guess it shows hounding people for years might pay off eventually. Although I did laugh when she said 'you can't tell me Stacey Dooley's Blackpool routine doesn't bring a smile to your face' - well, I CAN tell you that because it certainly does not bring a smile to mine 😂

Talking of Strictly bookings, I was reading an interview with Helen at the weekend and she said she'd told them no in the past, but was asked again this year after they'd starting announcing the celebs. That is cutting it fine! Someone clearly dropped out at the last minute

Yes completely agree Ellie probably gets awful comments judging by what I've seen online. But I still think it's a bit odd to tell a disabled person that they've taught you how to be empathetic, and it rubs me the wrong way that it's always the disabled contestants that get these comments. Disabled people don't exist to help you become a better person.

And I'm not sure if I've missed something but surely the reason Ellie wanted to do strictly is the same as everyone else, to learn to dance?
I’m sure she did want to learn to dance but I’ve just found this article from a few weeks ago which I think covers her wish to represent the dwarfism community and disabled community.

I don’t think Nikita or anyone implied disabled people exist to make someone a better person. Can he not say how having a working relationship with someone opened his eyes to areas he’s never experienced without it being a dig?

I was hoping they were coming to my neck of the woods as I would go - I think they’re fab dancers with great chemistry…but out of curiosity too if I’m honest. Scotland is a big place and they’re only doing Perth and Glasgow, plus it’s not as if they’re only kicking off with a few ‘test the waters’ dates

Nikita's post to Ellie is so heartfelt and speaks volumes about what a lovely guy he is. He's become one of my favourite pros on the show and hopefully he'll be on the show for a long time yet and get his shot at the glitterball.

God what a sweetheart. He really is amazing. He did so well with her as wel. Adapting the dances. I wonder how others would have done it. But think he was definitely the best for the job

I’m really not into this series I just can’t get into it. I really can’t stand Anton as a judge. Also don’t like the 2 women.Craig should just judge it on his own 🤣. Even Alesha dixon was a better judge than motsi 🙈🤷🏼‍♀️ But I am gutted I’m missing out on Vito. What a hottie

I'm in the minority here but I actually quite like Shirley's shoe demonstrations😂
I have 0 ballroom experience so they often say things that make no sense to me. It was quite nice to see an example of what they actually mean when they use certain phrases and terminology

I found it useful to understand her point.

It just seemed a bit random, at the same time 😁.
