His appearance on ITT tonight kinda killed his chances. It's one thing being frustrated in the moment but 2 days later and he's still butthurt about it and seemed to be on a long defensive monologue for half of the interview.
Will was very annoying on Saturday too. He wasn't *that* bad, just had the second week yips like most of them do. Reality kicking in.
But droning on self indulgently about letting everyone down especially 'me kids' and refusing to look on any positives was just playing for sympathy. Trying to guilt trip votes.

Yeah and I wonder if Nancy doesn’t get have the experience to get him to drop it!
Look at Katya and Tony: he had a mare week 1, she geed him all week and they had a laugh on Saturday (of course he doesn’t have any expectations on him).
I do like Katya this year. She's proper Frogbox Mental, but she knows how to cheerfully shepherd a total no hoper around the dancefloor, give him a couple of memorably fun dances and confidently set the tone in It Takes Two.

Kai is the same, and so is Johannes (his It Takes Two performances are sometimes more masterfully choreographed and executed than the dancing)

BIB - exactly. That's the bit that was really tiresome, imo.
C'mon, there's (most likely) quite a few weeks to go yet. Relax a bit and enjoy it.

As regards Nancy, she and Rhys grew on me last year. I never disliked them at any point, but used to find them very hyper. And then I didn't want them to leave!

I really like Nancy. She seems like such a lovely person and is generally just enjoyable to watch. I did really like Will before his antics on Saturday - not watched ITT yet so won’t comment on that but he absolutely will lose support if he’s taking it AS seriously this early on. It’s meant to be fun, not depressing and overly serious.

Katya is the best female pro, i’ve always preferred her over Oti (although I did love Oti). I feel like they know it as well which is why she’s usually given the no hopers, I don’t think any of the others could get the same out of them as Katya does.

I think Kai has proven that he can be given any type of partner and still give them an amazing experience. Kaye & AJ couldn’t be more different, yet they both speak very highly of him and their time on the show which says a lot. Still wondering whether Gio could do the same, doubt we will ever find out considering he’s never given an actual duffer.

Add me to the list of those disappointed that Joanne bloody Clifton will be hogging choreography corner - she's ok once in a while with her carefully thought thru analogies and unenthusiastic attempts at "demo time" but every week!! Gimme a break!!.

I would actually love to see Kai do a shift on choreography corner - I'd love to hear his opinions on the other couples and I just like his calm voice tbh

Katya is great isn't she?
I've only recently grown to appreciate her tbh. Just the way she can dig deep with anyone and find something good to work with. Such a skill.
Still absolutely amazes me she was with Neil. Talk about an odd couple.

Yeah, week 2 is really when Strictly kicks off for the celebs.
Week one dance is done on double the training time in relative peace with no ITT and no elimination.
Week 2 is done in 4 days with all the ITT, another promo and expectations that goes with it.
It trips up more than one.

Gio looked gross tonight, like a proper sleazy Del Boy. He also looked very twitchy and uncomfortable in his seat - wonder if he has piles or something?
I was looking through my Pic Collage the other day and came across this from last year
