I actually do think it's a shame to have a 3 person final as although I want John, Rose or AJ to win, a fourth contestant could fit in that slot too - maybe Rhys or Adam? Mind you, if it scuppers McFurlough Tom's chances of being in the final, I can't say I'm too gutted.

Have to say - does anyone think Diane looks quite ill? I was shocked at seeing some of the clips of her and how pale / withdrawn she looked

if anything, the prospect of a 3 contestant final is a relief. robert would have probably gone this week anyway
nobody is notably *bad* this series tbh, but! greg's just about checked out, I can't see judi or sara improving much, dan doesn't have the fanbase or the energy, are there really enough mcfly stans in the country to keep tom in still, I hope not? adam's lovely, but not a great dancer and it sucks for rhys and ugo not to have a 4 contestant final when they have so much potential but...

I don’t think Adam is a bad dancer, it only seems that way because he has been given the 3 hardest dances in a row while others have been doing much easier dances. They need to give him a jive or salsa, he will be amazing at those based on his week 1 dance.if anything, the prospect of a 3 contestant final is a relief. robert would have probably gone this week anyway

I don't know what Adam did to be given such a hard run of dances! Although it is true that if he does even a half-decent AT I would be very surprised if he were voted off

Absolutely right for Robert to put his health first, but my goodness.... I'm devastated. I was having a really tit time & the day they announced him I started actually looking forward to something for the first time in months & getting excited for Strictly. Sounds dumb I know! Still, I am enjoying Rose & AJ who I guess will be getting my votes now

To be fair, none of this is strictly’s fault. He obviously passed all tests to appear so they couldn’t have treated him any differently to the others, wouldn’t have been fair in my opinion 
I follow Joe & Dianne in a non serious fan fashion. I like them as a couple. I’m shocked at how poorly Dianne eats given she is a dancer. The meals she & he show on social media are extremely low calorie, most vegetables, minimal carbs & pretty low protein! Also child size portions. This is then supplemented by a loada sugary crap. It’s no wonder the pair of them have terrible skin & are stick thin.

Awww I hope you feel better soon. Hopefully as the series progresses, you'll be able to warm to other couples too

Yes I'm sad Robert is going - he had a lot of potential but something seemed a bit off from the start. Maybe his health concerns were on his mind early on so he couldn't fully enjoy it?
I am completely neutral as to Dianne personally. But am starting to think she is the opposite of, say. Giovanni in that he could almost be given the worst partner yet finds ways of bringing out the best in them. Dianne is given potentially good partners yet makes them mediocre.

I'm sad about Robert but I also think it was an odd decision to do Strictly 2 years after open heart surgery. Surely he was aware of the physical strain that would be placed on his body. I'm shocked he was given the green light by a cardiovascular consultant to take part in the show.
