Before sentencing, do the defence have a chance to appeal to the judge for a lesser sentence?

I was wondering that but reminded he broke his bail conditions only a few months ago talking about the case and mocking G .. he has shown no remorse so can't see it being relevant to the judge.

Mitigating factors his poor barrister will mention to HHJ Morgan wont be “proposed to his girlfriend” as the CPS barrister would then offer up that this is his *insert random number here* proposal. He will sentence on the facts of caee and whatever is in the PSR

The aggregating factors far outweigh any mitigation that could be offered on his behalf

And with it being blatantly obvious that that proposal was NOTHING to do with Jizzy, him loving her and wanting to marry her, and EVERYTHING to do with him and his desperation for attention and him hitting the headlines

And he chose to do it now because he knew it would end up being reported on and be bigger news after his guilty verdict than if he'd done it before the verdict
 
Interesting how after proposing to Jizz, bear has only posted people wishing him happy birthday on his insta. Obviously that’s because he’s a narcissistic prick but also shows he’s not had many people congratulating him!
And so far jizz only seems to have had her BFF (who she sees when?) posting congratulations.
I could be wrong but most “famous” people usually have loads of hangers on wanting to make sweeping statements. I guess she’s only having the 1 bridesmaid then!
