She's as bleeping twit and I really hope she gets some flack for this, bit knowing her she won't.
I can understand taking a photo of him to send to Joe and her parents, so they can see how he is, but there is no need to update any photos to the gram and make it look insta ready. You're right that she's treating it like the spa.

They try to avoid stitching to reduce scarring but if it does need doing the plastics team will do a better job than the A&E Dept. It seems to be on the corner of his mouth so it should heal quite well

I’m not really sure if it’s a lie… not defending her at all but do you really expect him to split his lip and not scrape any other part of his face? I know that when my nephews have had mouth related injuries, they usually end up with a bump to the head as well 🤷🏻‍♀️
 
Yes, I wasn’t implying I’d like to see an injured child. But more saying it doesent add up.. his face is all over IG daily, so why would she not be showing his face now unless like you say there’s more to it. If it is a dog bite we would probably be able to tell and maybe that’s why she’s not showing him. And she knows if it was she could never post it and seem relatable because we’ve all seen how close she lets him get to the dogs with no real supervision.
 
I haven't posted for a very long time but her posts last few days have really annoyed me! I'm in hospital alot with my boys many long stays and only then do we take the very few basics for them I just sleep in whatever I'm wearing! I had another baby 7weeks ago and we both died (thanks to the amazing NHS for saving us both) and had a long stay after and still back and forth and in all that time doesn't think we had half that stuff! Also why post at all? The most important thing is Rex! And sorry but that plant? That done it for me! Seriously??
