To be fair I would’ve scrubbed that pipe too it had mould and rust all over it! I would’ve also ripped that stinking carpet up in there and replaced that toilet seat. Imagine having to go to the toilet with other people germs festering everywhere

People were saying Joe is worth 100k and Stace is worth 4million. That's not really fair on Joe, he will be worth way more than that and Stace is earning more because she's a woman and female influencers do out earn men. Plus her brand is boosted by Joe. He's certainly not a leach and worth a fare bit in his own right!

I can’t even imagine the amount of money that’s going to cost to do up not to mention the everyday running costs , surely they’re not that loaded? I guess when moneys running low she can nan a few more ideas off Pinterest and cobble it together in a book

He's not exactly an Influencer, he's a professional reality tv "star"and presenter.. he's been declared bankrupt twice which is why his income is assumed to be so much less than it probably is..them google estimates are way off.

I think Stacey & Joe might regret this purchase eventually. There’s so much work that needs to be done and not just that, but the upkeep costs too. I get they may have money now but who knows what could happen in the future?

I agree. I can almost smell the mustiness through my phone screen. The actual house itself is gorgeous, it just needs everything inside ripped out and started from scratch. She's gonna need more than pampas grass and a glue gun to fix it up.

I can only think the ‘beautiful kind lady’ who sold it too them was laughing all the way to the Bank with her wad of cash. So outdated, unsafe and in need of renovation. The electric pull cord heater in Rex’s en-suite says it all really. If Stacey was my daughter I’d be so worried what she’d poured her money into. I just hope they had a full survey done as it all happened so quick. Remember the saying if something is too good to be true there’s usually a reason why.

Yes, the fact they were probably cash buyers also makes me wonder whether they had searches done. Searches are only a legal requirement if you're getting a mortgage as the lender often puts it as a condition of their offer. I sincerely hope she did have the correct searches/surveys done to ensure she fully got as much info as possible on what she was pouring so much money into..

If its listed then they won't be able to do a lot to it. Everything is protected. One of my neighbours removed an outhouse on their land to add an extension and they and the builders were fined 100k each as the building was 600 years old. Its a nightmare.

I really wish someone I actually liked watching had bought the house I like house reno stuff and I’m interested to see what they do with the place but I watched a few videos today with the sound on and fuck me I just can’t do it. Why does she talk like she’s constantly out of breath/on the verge of hysterics??

I’ve seen her on loose women and other programs where she actually comes across normal, articulate... why does she flip to acting like she hasn’t got a brain on insta!?

Do you know what I find annoying about all this. How can someone who decided it was a good idea to spray paint a perfectly good carpet now be contemplating renovating a grade two listed property?? You can’t renovate a solid wood 1970s kitchen with a roll of sticky back plastic a glue gun a load of empty jars and a can of spray paint. Also Rex and that tiny dog running round that garden give me the fear!!

I think he is a bit older, so he might've said " no thanks dad" as teens tend to do, or perhaps his mum doesn't want him to have the exposure, which I also think is a good thing. He has popped in once or twice.
