Disappointed to see that FemFuelz are paying her. I've only just starting using their protein after been using MyProtein for years, I wanted to support an Irish brand. You should only take a protein supplement if you cannot take in enough protein from food sources, and to be honest there's only so much chicken, turkey, eggs, yoghurt that I can eat! It's handy for me to take after my workout or long run if I'm below my protein target that day. From looking at the food she has put up on her stories that last day or so - alcohol, crisps, fruit, pastries, cannot figure out what that dinner was - nothing high in protein there. Have an omelette or some poached eggs for your breakfast Sue!
