From having a look at that video, it’s that she’s aging but because she’s had work done to hear face it kind of accentuates the aging if that makes sense. The lack of movement in her forehead etc highlights the creases around her mouth. If she face was mostly natural, it wouldn’t look as obvious.
Look, I’m the same age as Sue myself, the aging process is ramping up - I’m developing fecking jowls!!
