This size of her dinner, 1 rib, 2 roast potatoes and a spoonful of cheesy leeks! Even the other plate only has 2 ribs on it! She really doesn’t feed the family much does she?!

I genuinely think she is cash poor but only shops in her nearest village grocer at a high price. Honestly there were less than six potatoes in that family supper. Her eating disorder will affect her kids.

Sparrows portions, that’s what my late aunt would call it. You’d be gutted to get a dinner invite to hers, you would have to eat beforehand.

There is literally no meat on a rib ( hence in a restaurant the portion is a rack of ribs) , it’s disturbing . I have teenage boys and they have been known to have ten roast potatoes each . They remain slim & healthy as they do lots of sport , but they need the fuel. Whenever I see her cater for a big lunch there will be two roast chickens for 10 people . As you say people must leave starving & it’s so ungenerous & unwelcoming ! X

I guess she thinks that’s a perfectly decent portion. She survives on supplements and hot drinks, I wonder if she likes the odd cigarette to keep the appetite at bay .

My god, that is a miserable 'supper' , they must really be on a very tight food budget, its shocking how little she feeds her teenage boys, At least they get fed at school, they must go to bed ravenous when they are at home.

"chick flick the end of me" does she mean "this ends with us? I am starting to feel sorry for her. She does not have the personality nor life to use Insta as a personal journal to "update" everyone. She seems very nervous, can't speak properly, stumbles over words, gets the days wrong. Sad to see. give it up Sophie and go and live your life.

She eats very little , she shared a typical meal of salmon and steamed broccoli a year or so ago. The boys were eating different meals. I actually admired her for being honest as so many of these women are not. I think it would not occur to Sophie that her portions are tiny. She probably thinks it’s normal. She smoked on Ladies of London so I am guessing she still does.

Sophie clearly doesn't work anymore. I wonder where she gets her money from. Instagram can't be a money spinner and I wonder what the grandparents think paying the school fees seeing Soph have her expensive hair, going to Pilates, botox, the rest of it and basically being a lady of leisure in the cuntry and they are picking up the slack for the boys probably on behalf of Alex.

I don't think there was a divorce lump sum because if I recall correctly Alex was a mess, personally and financially and there wasn't anything to share. It is relatively common for wealthy grandparents to pay the kids private school fees I believe. Agree the new guy picks up her personal expenses and I doubt she has to pay for all her trips to Bamford Club, Daylesford Farm and everywhere else the Bamford family owns.

True re grandparents...v common way of doing things amongst the wealthy. It is kindve laughable cos technically the parents should be able to afford to send their own kids.

She’s a Stepford wife in training for sure. Remember she also clings on to anyone that can give her something for free whether that’s a free stay in their holiday home or a night out at their expense. She hasn’t got any mates that work a 9 to 5 in retail, that just wouldn’t work well with her social climbing.

I remember she said Alex had debt or something when they divorced and she didn't realise the extent of it. Their marital home was huge in Putney and then she ended up renting until where she is now. She must earn virtually. nothing and certainly hasn't earned that much when she was living in Barnes due to the job she had just basically running around London setting up apartments rather than "interior desiging".

Looks like she has had massive fillers in her cheeks, they look so wrong and unnatural. The eyebrow lift and forehead are all so unnatural also., but the cheeks are laughable.
