I went to look for the tomato sauce 'how to' video, LOL, so she says she is going to add the chopped tomatoes as she shows chopped red onions, then says she is going to chop some tomatoes, as she shows a box of tomatoes, clearly having overlooked that she got her chopped onions mixed up with chopped tomatoes.

Dear god 😂😂 and the 1950's housewife style apron just enhances the stupid idiot vibe, its like a parody.

"chick flick the end of me" does she mean "this ends with us? I am starting to feel sorry for her. She does not have the personality nor life to use Insta as a personal journal to "update" everyone. She seems very nervous, can't speak properly, stumbles over words, gets the days wrong. Sad to see. give it up Sophie and go and live your life.
 
Her chatter on stories about Jasmine waking up sore knee and trip to A&E for just a few short hours I would point out shows actually how there isn't much going on for her. She remarked how A&E was busy and seemed surprised. Where has she been the last few years?!

I'm at a loss with her. As in the dear diary posts. Who is it aimed at?

It's the fake country clothes etc it feels.like play acting/dressing up. And ok we get it...you go to Bamford daily.

I know I know I should move on and not watch...but I just can't stop 🤣

Cosplay in the country. We see you Sophie. As for A&E yes, it’s been like that for years. Perhaps Mark likes her dumbed down.
 
Look under her eyes. I firmly believe she’s had fish salmon sperm injected (polynucleotides) hence the bruising.

If I were her, I wouldn’t show my face on the gram until this is gone. Which , could take the best part of two weeks to really get rid of the bruising

She will need 3-4 lots of it spaced a few weeks apart at her age.

So we can expect to see a lot more of this if she decides to continue the treatment .

I’m surprised she’s not had an upper Bleth if she is concerned about her eyes , she has fairly bad ptosis of the upper lid . Dr Sabrina can sort that in London soph! 😂
