It’s weird! The whole ‘cutesy gamer girl with edgy style’ act is so odd for someone who is almost 30! She’s obviously finically okay, owns her house, pays bills etc but then she’s acting like a teenager 🤷🏼‍♀️ Imagine being Alex and having to come home from a days work to that, wonder what his family & friends think of her!
 
I find it so bizarre to think years back when she was living at home, she had two jobs (post office and cleaning - I think??), I can’t remember if her personality was the same back then but the fact she got up and worked two jobs most days at least makes her seem fairly mature.

Compared to her life now, it’s night and day. It just shows how working on social media facilitates people doing the bare minimum and expecting a big reward, it’s mad.

It’s also clearly exacerbated any anxiety she had because she’s not had to go out and interact on a daily basis so I can’t imagine her ever going back to that life she had.

In her videos she still came across as ditzy, soft spoken and shy but it was more endearing that it is now. Plus she was in her early 20s so a lot more excusable than how she acts now nearing on 30.

I’m sure I remember her talking way back when about how her anxiety felt bad while she was working those two jobs but honestly watching her videos from then to now it seems pretty evident that working for herself from home has absolutely destroyed her. She clearly thrives from having routine and being forced out the house but she’s become too comfortable with not leaving and too lazy to have a work ethic anymore.

The worst rated beauty videos really showed how much a witch she is. The comments she was making towards reviewers was really unnecessary, she acted like they were being over the top and stupid but when you're spending your money on something, you want those reviews so you don't waste your money and when you use something for years and then they change the formula and make it tit, why wouldn't you be pissed off about it?


You know those posts/videos people do going through silly reviews that obviously aren't real? It seemed like she was trying to do that but just came across like a massive witch.

I can see her being really bitchy in person tbh. She acts cute and ditzy and helpless to cover that up.
 
I watched her (yet another) buying Instagram ads lastnight.

She pronounces Haus as horse. Right, fine, maybe she genuinely doesn't know how it's said.

But her video is chaptered and in that chapter she has literally called it Horse!! Is she really that stupid? It's one thing to not know how to say it but the name is there for her to see and copy so how did she duck it up???

She's really busy, okay? She doesn't have any time in her day to check these things...
 
I’m definitely not defending her but YT does automatically generate chapters so she might not have done it herself. 😂
 
Did she ever say if they bought the house in full / maybe she was able to put a hefty deposit down thanks to YT so they have a very small mortgage? That would make a huge difference to how much money they need month to month.

Was just about to mention this, it’s eye watering what some of those companies (especially the bigger ones like hello fresh) pay these coach potatoes to “promote” their business in videos. Some get the nation average annual wage from like 1 video and a few insta stories.

Edit to add it pisses me off beyond belief that she doesn’t read instructions to things she buys. The Divoom speaker comes with all the instructions in box with how to connect your bluetooth to it and you can play the game on it without your phone. Why any company ask her to promote their products I’ll never know because she’s absolutely shite and showing how anything actually works.

Even just Tesco for around 100k followers on Instagram pay around 1500 per ad!

So I can't imagine how much they'd be paying youtubers ect
