Is she in pre term labour or threatened or she’s hoping the doctors will let her have the baby at 25 or so weeks to end her suffering, I’m not sure why else she’s had steroids? I hope this isn’t the case because I wouldn’t wish a prem baby on anyone. But it’s not adding up.
 
It probably means IV fluids, given the heading that it’s under. If it were in vitro fertilisation, it would usually have more details (number of cycles/drugs/fresh vs frozen embryo etc). We use IVF as an abbreviation for both.

she’s done it so that it puts doubt in people’s minds as to whether or not Papi wanted the baby, because it’s been so discussed here that he probably didn’t.

This is Sophie we’re talking about. Everything she does is for attention. She hasn’t got the attention she wanted being in hospital. Or from commenting on Martha’s post (and only started following Martha that day). So now she’s going to try and get attention by showing her discharge paperwork. She’d had IV fluid but wants people to think she had IVF.
 
The little bit below her little finger says inv, not int (intravenous)

Could be invoice? But also invitro

She will have other letters from Dr Drew - maybe she's just typed this one up herself to post. Using his as a template. And she's stuffed it up. Literally would not put that last her.

That's another heading I think, just like Principal Diagnosis, Procedures and Past History are.
 
I really can’t see them beginning IVF so early into the relationship when Sophie clearly believes she’s the most fertile woman in the world and the Dr was clear he didn’t want anymore kids. If she fell pregnant around August, they would’ve begun looking into IVF almost immediately into their relationship. It doesn’t make sense to me.
 
It’s procedures during this particular hospital visit isn’t it? Not previous ones? She couldn’t have had IVF whilst she was there.
l bet she’s loving all this talk about her 🙄

The address on it is for Kingscliff Doctors, which is interesting if she hasn’t changed doctors since the move.

Her GP is probably in Kingscliffe and they used their referral form or she had bloods done down there when she went to see her dream home with the girls last week or so. Who knows 🤔
