I’m going against the grain here... F&B is pretty good paint and they have some really nice colours (We’ve been using it for a while and it does go on really nice So I feel like I have to defend my baby ) But I probably wouldn’t spend that much to paint a wardrobe white though 👍

Because Dulux or (Heaven forbid!) Homebase own brand paint is far beneath our Sophie don’t you know

Homebase do a farrow & ball dupe range called Craig & rose and it’s very affordable and very good .. ! We used one of their colours to paint our spare room .. they don’t care about that though, they just want labels. Sophie desperately wants to be a yummy mummy and have nice middle class things ..

Sorry but why the duck have they purchased F&B paint to paint a second hand wardrobe. It’s not even that good? There are far more reputable brands of paint that are way cheaper. Why do they constantly live beyond their means? I can only imagine they’re in a lot of debt with credit cards and store cards.

I remember when she used F&B white paint to decorate their rented house ages ago (Basingstoke?). She’s so daft. I couldn’t get over the fact that she was using £££ paint to decorate a place that wasn’t even hers... why not buy cheap white paint if you’re just freshening it up? IMO I wouldn’t use such expensive paint if I was only going to paint it white. And now she’s doing the same with the wardrobe. I can’t understand them at all🤦🏼‍♀️

These 2 must be raking it in from the vlogs if they're able to be buying all this expensive stuff.
I reckon in that area, their rent is less than £1000 a month, so if we believe what sophie said i regards to youtube money, they have an extra £2k to play with.

Now maybe but babies are expensive! Constantly growing out of clothes, nappies, wipes, toys, the list goes on..they won't be spending £45 on a tin of paint when Barney is here I bet 😅😅

My partner and I have discussed babies.
He has a very good job, I not so much, but we have a house that we own, and we've just finished decorating the last room in the house.
There's still things we want - new carpet on stairs and living room, a new bed for ourselves and we want to do up our back garden.
My job is crap and I want to be able to have a decent job to support our family and not rely on the partners income solely.
Weve had this discussion and have said were going to start trying end of next year, because I couldnt imagine bringing a baby into the world when I still have debt and still have unfinished business in the house.
This is no offence to anyone who had a baby unplanned - that can happen ive been pregnant unplanned before and unfortunately lost it.
But Sophie and dave obviously planned this baby, they were obviously trying. I cant get my head around that they tried and planned for a baby when they didn't have a place, stable jobs or stable income. Yes, a baby doesn't need flash things, but it still needs to basics of a roof over their head and you need money to clothe abd feed them. I just can't deal with their logic at all.

Exactly this. Me and my husband were planning on trying later this year, as I’m due to be chartered at work which means a decent pay rise, but as I’ve been furloughed, that is going to be delayed by at least 4 months. We’ve said if i it happens, we would manage, but would rather be more financially secure.
S&D actively planned this baby, despite neither of them having a secure job, and gave up their house as soon as they could. (I’m not saying there is anything wrong with renting and having a family) but giving up a secure roof over your head when you are pregnant is just wrong. They should have stayed in Basingstoke and actively looked for secure jobs and a house before moving up! I’m sure their landlord down there would have offered them a rolling month contract if they explained the situation.
But hey, why do the sensible thing when you have a mummy you can sponge off and extremely gullible fans who will gift your £10k for minimal effort?! I’m in the wrong job!!

There's no issue at all with buying expensive paint if you can afford it, but Sophie is the epitome of fur coat and no knickers.

Cringed does hard at her instastory last night with the fluttering eyelids and showing her belly. She was lying there thinking she’s Snow White.
Oh god me too, she honestly tries to give off this ‘look at me, arent I just a perfect princess’ persona when in reality she’s just a layabout, scrounging off the govt and fans, in a rented home she couldn’t even afford herself, with a baby on the way she doesn’t even know how to look after.😂
