A small baby brand I follow on insta did a story yesterday on messages they get sent by influencers daily asking for products for free so that the company can get ‘exposure’. Why do I 100% believe that this is what S&D do? Especially as when they were gifted that pregnancy pillow (giant tampon) Dave said in the vlog that he ‘had to get it for her’ even though they explicitly said it was gifted.
Absolute beggars. And their exposure isn’t even that good. They don’t even run through the pros of the product. And even when Sophie got gifted that nice dress last from Seraphine she goes and takes a picture in it with black socks on. So lazy! Why would a brand even want ‘exposure’ from them?

honestly who actually gives a tit about what some very standard looking lamps look like? Mine don't match..that must make me a lesser person. I just can't imagine having that thought at the forefront of their mind with everything else they currently need to sort out.
Also I definitely agree that Sophie kept banging on about the sofas to make a point.. she didn't want to keep a spatula because it wasn't the right colour but will take a brown sofa that doesn't match... HMMMMM

I have a feeling she won’t breast feed. Obviously it’s totally up to her and what she can do. But I’ve got a feeling she will choose not to. Of course daves mum is getting him gym equipment for his birthday because priorities. It kills me that he thinks he’s gonna lose weight by constantly doing weights 0 cardio and eating back calories and focusing on protein, what a waste of gym equipment
Also I know the place is rented etc but would you not also make a priority to get some curtains/blinds up? Just seen the insta story from this morning with like a blanket or something hung over the window. Yet she’s passing comment on some perfectly nice lamps...like that’s all she needs to worry about?!

When I was pregnant, for my birthday I said I didn’t but want anything, I only wanted bits for the baby because I didn’t want or need anything and the baby was and still is our number one priority. People got us bath bits and all sorts for our little one and we were so grateful. When you probably don’t have a job and a baby on the way, getting gym equipment for your birthday is beyond me and when he thinks he’ll be using it I have no idea?! It breaks my heart that there are so many people desperate for a family and these two have a baby who isn’t and won’t ever be there number one priority.. as long as they have something to look good on Instagram and make click bait YouTube videos with more adverts than content everything will be ok

There is no way his mum is getting him that stuff. He's using the 10k to buy it for himself, he just knows he'll get backlash so he's saying its a gift. So odd he would even instagram about what someones getting him....before he even got it.
Of course he’s buying it himself. I think he just feels like he has to say he’s getting it bought for his birthday. Look at how much back lash they got for the infamous change mat that “Sophie’s mum bought”
I don’t know why he seems to think it will make him look good? Mate your baby will be here in less than 5 weeks (if he’s on time). Should gym equipment really be a priority right now? No!

“Oh yeah is there anything you need? Me and your dad want to give you some money.” (ie for the baby).
“Oh yeah, I really want a home gym, so can you buy me all this tit that normal people would just buy themselves but I’ve never actually worked hard in my life so don’t have the money.”
“Um ok, but we were thinking more for the baby-“
“My GAINZZZZZZ, YAAAAAASSSSS.”

I reckon it’s realistic that Dave’s mum offered to give him some money for his birthday, presuming it would go towards something they want or need for the baby or at least a nice meal out for the pair of them or something in the future. A treat, you know?
But how selfish do you have to be to prioritise yourself and your “needs” over your own family. But I guess really when hasn’t Dave done that?

The problem is with Dave is that he clearly thinks he's going to be like the rock - who does eat high calorie bulking meals and turns it into muscle.
The problem is when you are fat, before you get the gain side you need to balance out the body fat. Yes you can mix weight training with cardio, but you can't do just weights because all that will do is turn the fat into muscle and won't help with the general weight loss side of things, so what he should be doing is HIIT training to burn as many calories as possible, work on a calorie defecit, eat the right stuff ie veg, sources of protein and healthy fats like avocado, basically similar to a keto diet, i don't disagree with protein powder to ensure you hit your protein target which does aid with muscle recovery, however due to his size he should be having the low fat protein powder you can get.
He is basically doing the programme of someone who has already done the weightloss side of their diet without actually doing that part.
As someone who struggles with their weigjt ive done a lot of research into all of this and what he is doing is wrong
