They can play the victim about body image as much as they want, they are a pair of morons.

The thing that has always annoyed me (among other things) about Dave is he tries to come across as this backwards hat wearing, protein pot eating gym bro. He spouts on about protein intake and building his home gym as if he's in good shape. It's like a 100 a day smoker acting as if they don't smoke, it's bizarre.

I understand everyone struggles with food and I have my own personal struggles (I like to eat and I think crisps taste better than fruit and vegetables) but I would find him alot lore relatable if he actually showed what he ate in a day, rather than going on about cauliflower rice and lettuce.

If he was serious about losing weight before he would of seen results at some point. A man of his size would realistically have to eat 3000 plus calories a day to maintain and even put on weight. If he just cut down his intake the weight would fall off him.

Not sure if anyone remembers, but a few years ago there was a guy that was fairly prominent on social media for losing something like 15 stone. In the end he turned into a massive twit by setting up a go fund me for skin removal, getting the cheapest possible one done and pocketing the thousands of excess cash that he has promised to give to charity (more in common with Sophie and dave than I thought!) I got this photo off the daily mail as he deleted his Instagram a few years ago from the backlash.

Anyway, he lost this weight by following slimming world at a group, and sticking to low carb principals. It was only at the very end he started going to the gym and it was still majority cardio with weights thrown in. Dave needs to understand he physically cannot lose 15 stone from lifting weights and hitting protein “goalzzzz” alone.

They’d be absolutely NUTS in this time buying that chair (also it’s ugly AF!!). With everything that’s going on and them both being out of work they should be saving every penny. Anything could happen. Their landlord could find themselves in trouble due to Covid financially and have to sell that house quickly, leaving them and the loaf homeless.

With things the way they are all over the world, this is just idiocy.

Sorry but that food shop would hardly last a day or two! Where were the meals apart from the stir fry? Can’t even remember seeing anything to go in the stir fry. He literally showed the healthy food and then hidden out of view it was probably more crisps, chocolate and junk food. If he wants to be so honest why doesn’t he show what he eats in a typical week seen as they are always at home? 🙄 Also the way they are trying to feel better to go to Disneyland Paris in Spring when it probably won’t even happen? Instead of counting down the days to a hypothetical trip why not enjoy the time with Barney while he’s young. Big walks in the country side? That will help them lose weight. They really need to grow up. Please prove me wrong Dave and actually go well with the weight loss people might have respect for you then.

Yep definitely. These two live in a fantasy land, equipped with Loaf chairs, protein and trips to Disney.

It's insane they'd spend a grand on a chair. OK I understand if you had saved for it, but releasing a pin and getting your fans to pay for it is not saving.

Also there's so much they could have spent a grand on, more useful practical things. Or, and I know this may be a wacky idea for S&D, how about saving it?

I totally agree. The issue is they live in their own little fantasy world. Most people would be so thrilled to have a new born baby and wouldn't really need anything else to look forward to but these two NEED a disney holiday.

During the start of lockdown, when you could only leave your house for an hour, myself and wife started talking about booking a Disney trip (this was when we thought the virus was going to go away in three weeks, haha) we spoke about it alot and watched a lot of vlogs, basically for something to look forward to and take our minds off how rubbish life was. But when our works started opening back up we stopped talking about it as much and planned other things.

Dave and Sophie haven't went back to work and it seems like the only time they leave the house is to go to aldi. They still need the escapism of a Disney trip.

Remember when Dave just quit his job because he could. In a pandemic, where thousands of people are being made redundant, he quits to be an online pin seller. What a spanner.

Definitely if they’d saved for it or were in a better position financially.

We just got our place in the Summer and I spent most my savings on the essentials furniture and that, and have been kitting the place out as and when I can with each payday. I have literally just 2 more things to get (wardrobe and dressing table) and we are done. Once I’ve those sorted my focus will be on building up my savings. I’m very lucky in that my job is secure always, but I need the comfort of a safety net.

I can’t understand why this pair with a new baby aren’t planning for a future or just getting a safety net in place. They were homeless not so long ago, how can they have forgotten so quickly? It can all be whipped from under them SO easily.

Ah, the token stir fry as a nod to “vegetables” in a shopping haul full of schnnnnaks.

Right, so now she wants a Disneyland Paris trip to look forward to because they’re “obsessed with Disney” 🙄
I hate it when the “Disney vloggers” book a trip to Disneyland Paris that have only ever been to Disney world, purely because they spend the whole time comparing Paris to Florida.
It’s not the same, it’s not supposed to be the same! I just know that they will not enjoy it and not just because they’re going to struggle with a baby. I say this because they only just manage to organise themselves most of the time.
They love going to Disney world because they love the food/snacks. In Disneyland Paris, there isn’t as much emphasis on food.
I’m not shaming them about the food by the way because that’s why me and my hubby love it too and take full advantage of the Dining plan etc.

Don’t even get me started in that f**king chair that will get sat on once and then become chips bed. Meanwhile the rest of the place looks like a student flat because they can’t afford to furnish it properly

I think they know that her mother will probably take them if needs must, so they probably feel they don't need a safety net. That's a big mistake because as you say, it's always good to have something in place incase the tit hits the fan so to speak. It's just really bad money management on their part.

A loaf chair at a thousand pounds, I just don't understand the thought process behind that decision.

I love disneyland paris, we've been several times and had our honeymoon there. It's amazing and in some ways better than Disney world, but if they go over expecting the same experience as Floridia they will be disappointed.

I can't wait to see them get their first dining plan breakfast, "it's nice, this fresh hot chocolate, crossiant and baguette but I feel like I'm really missing the mickey waffles, sausage and bacon"

I love it in Disneyland Paris too! I just know these two idiots will go and expect it to be just like Disney world because that’s all they know as Disney.
😂 and yes they will not be happy with a gorgeous baguette with Nutella like me and complain there are no Mickey waffles for sure!

All they did was moan on their honeymoon vlogs. Sorry all Sophie Loafie did was moan. Numerous naps due to the sheer exhaustion of planning a wedding 🙄🙄 So imagine the Disneyland Paris vlogs when they’re actually exhausted with a baby....

Genuine question as I've never been to Disney. What will they do with Barney? Surely the point is to go on rides together, not one at a time whilst the other one looks after Barney and the bags. He will still be a small baby and won't enjoy all the noise and bright lights so why not wait a few years until he's older?
Because if they wait a few years their channel will be dead. They're desperate for views and the easiest way to guarantee views is do a Disney vlog. Even though it will consist of Soaf constantly moaning. They're so disorganised they'll be lucky to make it outside their hotel room.

There is a lot of rides that babies can go on. But for some people it's a once in a lifetime trip so better to wait till they are older. These two don't view DLP the same as florida and they know they will keep going so doesn't seem as much as a waste to them.
It will be for the views and the gram
