Exactly! I mean I know a lot of people do YouTube for a living and are very successful, they have the big fancy house and drive a nice car etc.
Then there’s these idiots like 2 kids playing house plus a baby. Don’t get me wrong, most people want to buy a house but these two had to beg for money to rent the place they’re in.

I really can’t imagine they’d even earn that much from brand deals in comparison to other “influencers”

They are living in a dream world. Help to buy ends early next year and the build has to be ready in December to qualify so they can’t even use that to give them a boost. It’s all talk as usual and will never actually be reality for them. If they want to own their own house they need to forget about Disney trips and think about getting jobs
 
The thing is if they got off their arse and made a proper effort with their channel and maybe had Dave working part time as well they might actually be able to afford a house, maybe not that one though.
You see the likes of James and cary, jade and matt, brogan etc who have all bought houses but they have other incomes as well and actually commit to their channels.
 
They’ve picked them because of their age, they’ve picked them because of the blind subscribers they seem to have got, Mary might be able to help them con their way into one of them.

let’s face it unless mummy is the one applying for the mortgage, they’ll never get one. They wouldn’t even be able to provide all the right paperwork, and they’ll never be able to provide they can sustain a level of income! They’ve probably also picked them because of their location, a smaller blogger did one for a set of London flats, she has previously said she wasn’t that bothered about buying
 
There is no way they would be approved for a mortgage. Can you just imagine the look of the mortgage broker if they submitted their earnings and bank statements 🤣

Sophie and Dave were probably better off financially when they pleaded poverty because at least Dave was receiving furlough then.

Does anyone else think they are renting off her sister?
