I remember someone I follow on Instagram used to exclusively pump, she shared how she would organise the pumping schedule and do it set times every day it was all written out the feeds how much she expressed off she would wake through the night to do it. She then tried using nipple shields to feed, then eventually moved onto actually breastfeeding her little girl it was lovely, Sophie doesn’t seem to have this organisation or drive to percivear with it it’s like she’s wanting her followers to tell her to give up

I find “influencers” (loose term in their case) very strange, they went back to the pumpkin patch just to take photos of Barney in his pumpkin outfit.

This is why I CBA watching them any more. No drive, no ambition, nothing. Just sitting on the sofa watching Netflix all day. I actually found it quite interesting when Dave was an understudy in the West End. It was fascinating to find out what he had to do, usually at very short notice. Now there is literally nothing about their life that I find interesting so I don't follow them any more.

What I find strange is that they went back so soon.

When she said we'll have to come back and get pictures of Barney and then bought the pumpkin outfit I thought it was for Halloween. At least wait and do it mid October.

I've got my baby a little outfit and we're going to go and get pumpkins and take some pictures for his first Halloween but I'm going to do it near to Halloween.

Not everyone will agree but in my experience my toddler is 100000x harder now than when she was a baby. They have NO idea. Sophie moans she has no time to do anything, just how is she gonna cope when Barney has one or even no naps a day! Probably ship him off to nursery. (Nothing wrong with nursery don't get me wrong but with two SAHP? i'd judge them hard)
🤣 babies are easy, it gets ALOT harder!!

And if she doesn't want to just own it and say it.
She's tried and she has tried longer and harder than I did before I gave up.

I hated pumping and it was really getting me down and I realised I was doing it because I felt like I should be and not because I wanted to. I felt a lot of pressure but it was only from myself and "society". My family and midwives were really supportive of formula feeding if thats what we wanted to do. Once I made the decision to stop it hugely improved my mental health and I had more time to spend with my baby.

I will say again though Sophie has it easier because Dave's at home while she pumps, I struggled doing everything else with the baby and house while trying to pump with my husband in work.

I dont watch their vlogs but I'm sure in rental properties there is meant to be a fire blanket and fire extinguisher by law. Has anyone noticed these in their kitchen? 🤔
No you don’t need to have these. you can but don’t have to. I use to have a couple of houses that I rented out.

Mine is 3.5yrs and omg! It’s a struggle and his tantrums are something else. I would like to see how they cope when Barney is this old and does something like snatch the camera and throws it across the room in a strop

Whoever said they were struggling for content really wasn't wrong. Tonight we have been treated to an updated house tour...as requested by...well, no one. To be honest, it's a cheek even describing it as an "updated tour" as we've seen everything already. The only "updates", as such, are that they're planning on cadging some light fittings from her sister and painting the gym (read garage) door blue.

On that last point, great to see Dave has his priorities in order. He couldn't possibly start working out or losing weight until the garage DOOR is painted the right colour.
