I lost a stone in my first week tbh
I know, it’s so sad people will believe it, they will do literally anything to avoid eating wholesome food that will actually make you lose weight. The foods you will have the most successful are the ones that have no advertising or branding whatsoever eg fruit and veg, meat and fish, whole grains. Always half a plate of speed and not as an afterthought, I always put it on my plate first then do the carbs/protein. On the rare occasion there is speed food in sight it’s always a side salad as an extra in the background (swear it’s fake display food they just get out for the photos ) or ‘I’ll have an apple for speed later’ which defeats the objective

Haha I did thatIt's more people who are at a near target weight and suddenly lose a huge amount in a week to hit the target. In the first week the initial loss will always be higher.
Yeh she is funny. I always liked her clothes too. Had good dress choices when she was going to the races.Nicky is halirous at times. She's still on there.

I think you are right. I am in a group and have just been told we are part of a pilot for a new 6 week programme based on psychology of slimming. I think it’s to keep up with the likes of Noom and I for one am really looking forward to trying it. I rate SlimmingWorld as a company and their ethos and admire them for constantly evolving and keeping up with the times.
