First time poster in this thread, hello. I've done SW a few times but nowadays I'm very vocal about how it's a con and relies on people failing. Some of the tripe that the consultants used to come out with in my group was just dangerous. I got cancer in lockdown and during my treatment needed to be weighed every day - I actually fell back into old SW habits (didn't have too much to eat beforehand, nipped to the loo even if didn't need it, wore light clothes) and I'm angry at myself that I was secretly pleases watching those numbers go down rather than focusing on what was important!
I didn't realise there was a such a massive SW IG cult, and these threads have been really eye opening! Some of the stuff about "unofficially" losing weight but gaining on a different group's scales (must be the calibration) is brilliant
