Bear with me, and I ain't no fan of sobin, but I really think she wanted a plural marriage, in that last interview, sounds like kunty has been horrible to her to, but cant see her ever leaving, she's never had to work and got the best house!

She deserves all she gets! She’s 100% the puppet master, she was definitely in Kuntyz ear. She even got a nanny when Sol was wee and they all lived next door to each other!

She’s faux sweet, all her kids are cry babies too, I hate everything about her.

Watching the old ones and omg Truley is utterly adorable, her accent, her mannerisms

She wanted plural marriage as long as the duties were divided up. Janelle to support the family and Christine to raise the kids so she could just laze around with her soulmate and shop all day every day.

Though I'd been aware of this series never fancied it. However recently watched the last two series and the women as they are now interested me and I wanted to know how they'd got 'here'. Watching from beginning on discovery plus. I can't believe how happy the family were until the 4th wife... How they all look into his eyes with love compared to now is like night and day. Can't wait to watch their story now. Cody is a vile person, cruel, selfish, manipulative, egotistical and a terrible father to adults. Robyn, Mmm. Miss Mouse had a voice even then and was great at turning on the waterworks. I'm only at their wedding episode!

Me too, I remember watching bits and bobs over the years but never consistently. The episode I’m just on, is Meri and Kunty going for therapy and they basically admit they have no relationship especially physically.

Truely is super cute when she’s small, I could listen to her speak all day long. She looks like a cross between Kunty and Gwen now

It all went to tit when Kody (Robyn) decided to uproot the entire family to Flagstaff just because Dayton got accepted to college there! He dressed it up as the best move for the ‘family’ but behind the scenes was Robyn pulling the strings so Dayton wasn’t alone. They were all togther in vegas, in the cul de sac of dreams and he caused the fracture in the family because they all went to live in houses so far from each other. Then Covid hit and made things a million times worse. He’s reaping what he sowed now.

Ahh interesting. I'm just on season 3, arrival at Las Vegas but all in seperate houses all over and the strain beginning to show. Robyn pregnant with 1st child with kody.

I must have missed it but what did Janelle do as a career? She worked pretty hard before the move to Vegas.

I'm sure it's real estate related, I remember her being responsible for getting rid of the Vegas homes, so maybe an estate agent/home dresser

No that's a new career since Vegas I'm sure. They worked for the agent that found their initial houses. I'll keep digging

You’re right Janelle and Christine did the exam but only Janelle actually worked for her. I think she was in some sort of sales or something, think they mentioned both her and Kunty were

Thanks, I'm curious as she obviously worked long hours. I've read he was in firearm sales but not sure about Janelle.

Cody, Mari, Janelle and Christine were married for years and I think the dynamic worked well especially when they moved to Vegas and had their own homes. Then years later Kody brings Robin in, a younger model and has more kids, ignores his old wives and secretly plans for them to live in one big house which is something they, especially Christine said they would not do again.

He was very sneaky one Robin arrived, made plans without telling the other wives. Forced Mari to divorce him so he could legally adopt Robins kids.

He wanted a young new family and his other wives were becoming grandmothers and the kids were moving out and they were in a very different stage of their lives.

Kody works in fire arm sales, I think he has his own business.

Christine feels like she has her Disney happy ending already.

I hated the 4th sit down. He is completely delusional, making ridiculous claims that christine cant be in love if she "trash talks" him. Kody, hun, look at ANY divorced/split up couple. We hate our exs, we take great delight in talking about how awful they were.
Christine was honest to her children about kodys feelings. Its not trash talking, they are adults and capable of knowing the truth... they dont need a spoonfed mummy and daddy dont love each other anymore approach!
He's a classic narc. Christine hasnt exactly covered herself in glory in the last few episodes but at least she seems happy.

That's a good question, obviously Kunty and Sobin have lost a lot of income now 3 wives have left, maybe sobin will get a job?
Hope Christine has found her soul mate.
Janelle, hope she has some security, she was the one who left with no financial backing.
Meri, I've struggled with her, staying with that twit, waiting on crumbs, but she had the sense for the b and b. She'll do well.
I wish all the kids well, wasn't their fault being brought up in his views, then discarded like rubbish, shame on him for that.

I've just watched the second one on one interview, where Christine tells the story about Kunty melting down Meri's ring. I don't get why on earth she has stayed all those years after.... its bizarre!
