You can tell that email wasn’t signed off by her “business partner” Cory or looked at by anyone else before she hit send.With only skimming the email, I can’t help but shake the feeling you shouldn’t be writing emails like that to try to sell FREE places to the people that are already on your mailing list!!
It has to be bad when you’re begging those that are probably the most engaged with what you’re selling

If her programs were any good. She would be doing them herself.Why does she think it’s a flex not to know what other programmes are like? Surely if you run a business you’d want to be wise to the competition, what else is out there etc. On the other hand, she comes on and says “other programmes do X , Y , Z and our ethics won’t allow us to do that”. So…which is it?
Also, in an age where marketing is in our faces, there are courses, agents, AI everything for marketing, serious money goes into market research and development and all that, she has a fledgling business with her stagnant account.. it wouldn’t encourage me to sign up if she’s coming on weekly saying lol we don’t know how to market/we keep forgetting to market/lol lol lol. I just wouldn’t take it seriously since they aren’t? Some things just don’t sell themselves and a PT programme of which there are 100,000s out there she would want to be putting effort in and making it more appealing.

That is a very weird smile she has these days. Her teeth are huge but the botox (I presume!) is dragging her lips up so far that you can see her gums. Her teeth are very long so that is some feat!
I am fascinated by it - it is a narrow smile width ways - from the corner of her mouth to the other corner - but very deep from lip to lip! Her lips are open wide but not stretched across her face as you would expect from a smile.

Her only love is alcohol. She has life blindness, she must think her followers are thick.It's diabolical and so immature as a business owner not to know your competitors products.
If you know your competitors product you can develop your USP and pricing to set yourself apart.
She is an absolute idiot. Beyond stupid.
It explains why she has a much higher price for a much worse product. Evidently she thinks she is better than all that and everyone in the industry.

Here’s a bit of a story-time.
I started online coaching back in 2015 (how is that nearly a decade ago?!) and back then nobody really knew what it was. I had recently become a PT but because of Instagram, I had people all over the world that wanted me to train them.
I started a very simple process of writing out a training plan, and calculating people’s calories. I was flat out, and eventually I went fully online. I was maxed out because my systems weren’t great, but I really cared about getting people results.
So a guy I know suggested doing some online course that was low cost and simple to use that didn’t require much work from me day-to-day.
The OH Fitness Factory was born.
And it was brutal.
I cringe so bad when anyone tells me they did it.
It was all home workouts and loose nutrition guidelines, which was not really what I believed in back then.
I wanted people doing Hypertrophy training and counting their macros.
And so, OH Fitness Furnace was created.
The first version of that was also brutal.
But then I started building out my team, and that changed everything. It was all about how we coached women, that seemed to be different to other hardcore coaches (and probably me at the start!)
I somehow got blessed with some women that helped me (and my clients) realise that women are complicated beings, that probably need more than just a training plan and a macro plan.
We had Aoife, Kate, Lynn, Caireann, Hazel, and the person who changed everything - Cory.
The one thing that really is common with all of us, is that we were completely client-driven.
This doesn’t just mean getting the client the results they want (which would be great for business), but we only wanted to do it in a way that left the client in a better place after their time with us.
I can’t speak for everyone but a few of us had been subjected to coaches that just wanted to change the shape of our bodies, but didn’t consider the long-term effects of dieting or overtraining.
We have always wanted to do better.
Over the years, I was constantly studying nutrition, psychology and physiology, so I wanted to update my coaching courses.
We had OH Fitness Furnace 2.0, 3.0 and eventually by 4.0 I went off on my own (after having a business partner over the years).
The 4.0 version was the closest thing to perfect that we could do, without investing in our own app (which I had out huge money into a few years before but it wasn’t good enough so I scrapped it). I was proud of the results we were getting physically and mentally for so many women that used to be tied up in diet culture.
And we did it without using transformation photos, or sleazy sales tactics. If anyone even seemed at risk of a possible eating disorder, we would refund straight away. That part used to annoy some people but we were always so aware of our scope of practice and really cared about not damaging anyone’s relationship with food or the body any further.
In recent years, I have realised that the best thing that we can do for people is help them find peace of mind when it comes to training and nutrition. People have busy lives, and they need an app that is easy to use, but also valuable.
And they still need coaches that care.
So if you have signed up to a program before that has promised life-changing results, and you didn’t get them - it’s not a you problem, it’s the coach’s problem.
We are problem-solvers, and our roles have morphed from training and nutrition plans (which are obviously included), to helping people find self-compassion, setting realistic goals, and supporting them along the windy road.
And we have an app to deliver it - which makes everything easier. We also have a full education section with yoga and meditations too. We have a women’s health physio that covers several women’s health subjects, including pre- and post- natal.
So to summarise, I don’t really know what anyone else is doing in their online coaching programs, but we have seen so many clients come to us after trying the 6-week-transformations etc, and other programs that promised the world but blame the client when they inevitably don’t get or sustain the results.
The main difference is that we are terrible at marketing.
I’m hoping to take someone on soon, but it’s hard to find somebody that understands our ethos when it comes to marketing something like this.
Hence this big long email.
