She probably did look like that. She crash dieted last July and lost easily 20 to 30lbs in a few weeks, once those MP photos came out even though she doesn't weigh herself and thought she looked great in that photoshoot that she's never reshared the stills from since :LOL:
 
They won’t go mad on the nails unless it’s an especially pernickety nurse. I had surgery this year and I took it all off in preparation and my nurse when I was being prepped rolled her eyes and said I needn’t have gone to the trouble as it’s more for the long nails. They need to be able to get the clamp of the monitor on the finger or thumb. Long acrylics or the like prevent that.

I had surgery few months ago and I was allowed gel on fingers as long as my toes were free from anything.

Not preching by no means, you do you! But i do know that they recommend to keep the nail beds clear incase of emergency C Section. Obviously there has to be other ways around this coz like say you weren't pregnant and needed surgery unexpectedly, there must be another way.

I wasnt told anything about nails, i had gel on for my emergency section. Dont think it matters anymore

I dont think it would be an issue either - it was that another poster suggested this was the case and she would have to remove it. Ive admitted patients before for surgery and never asked them to remove polish/gels.

They could use a sats probe that can go round the finger itself.

Actually that might be bang on, as the only red-headed woman in Ireland and the only red-headed woman ever to give birth, I can definitely see it being a play on that. Ruadh / Ruadhan / Ruáin / Ruáinádhbfhdhbuáin (whatever made up way she decides to spell it #spellingdifferently)
