I think that’s very telling about how insecure she is. What about YOU knowing you’re good on the rower and being happy and content in that internal knowledge/self-belief? She always strikes me as someone who has that kinda real brazen confidence because she’s just imitating what she thinks confidence is, but (not that deep down) is actually riddled with insecurity and obsessed with what people think of her.

Of course she's good in the rower, she's tall and not exactly light. 😂

I wonder if her blood shot eye from vomiting was pregnancy sickness or back to her food issues, ties in with the over exercising

Or because alcohol hits differently when pregnant....🤔

I'm sure it happened while lowering the bar, can even happen to seasoned weightlifters when going near a PR or under fatigue.
While her technique is shite, it's actually quite difficult to full on hit your stomach when weightlifting and her crap technique even helps because she's never pulled the bar close to begin with lol There's also generally nothing wrong with overhead squats, snatch balances etc. during pregnancy if it feels fine but the problem is that she's never been a weightlifter and barely done any CrossFit leading up to this. She should have swapped to dumbbells a long time ago.
 
I still can't believe that gym is allowing her to do those classes. It's so dangerous and it makes them look like they are idiots who don't care about their customers safety or wellbeing
What baffles me is they have a mums and babies class mid morning why isn't Shiv in that more appropriate for class!?!

Oh yeah she'd lose the superiority flex of being up at 5am despite having nothing else to do and also less likely to have the attention of people wondering what the duck is she pushing herself that much while pregnant.
 
I can only imagine she is trying to outdo the likes of people like Tia- Clair Twoomey the 6 time Crossfit Champion with those workouts. Tia- Clair Twoomey even speaks about not hitting her max when she was excerising when pregnant as her pregnancy came first!

I am starting to doubt Shiv even started that pre natal course the more she goes on.

She read here and the comments on the size of her nose now she’s not having filler or what ever she was having to try and make it blend into a normal size.

She’s better than everyone else remember? More like she knows those other moms will think she’s a bleep too and she would hate for them to be better at anything than she is.

Constantly flexing with branded bags, first class flights, €3,600 pm apartment etc, and then comes on looking to sell a ticket for €65. Do a competition giveaway for your followers e.g. first one to hit a PR on the overhead squat, during pregnancy. Fur coat, zero knickers.

She’s defo reading here and it’s bothering her 😂 She’s trying to educate us this morning on how she’s changed her deadlifting whilst pregnant!

If it bothers you that much and these workouts are more important to you than your baby just don’t post the workout Shiv and we’ll be none the wiser! 👋🏽

This!! I don't understand the sudden obsession with weight training again. Oh no wait- I do- she can't do her contact sports obviously, and she's not fit enough to return to crossfit (which is perfectly do-able during pregnancy with moderations) so she's flexing that she's SOOO strong even while growing and carrying a child...Plus she's terrified of what her post-pregnancy body is going to be like if she does duck all.

She actually acknowledges that in the post which is from 32 weeks ago so just before she got pregnant. The post says BJJ must have been keeping her strong as she was only weight lifting 1-2 times a week. So she’s raked all the way back through 32 weeks of shite to repost to prove a point. Not sure if she’s trying to prove she deadlifted before she was pregnant or that she’s changed the way she lifts.

Either way she’s an idiot.
 
She must see that it doesn’t make sense that she can push herself through workouts but then can’t walk to the shops?
I’ve over trained a bit recently but 1) I’m not pregnant and 2) I’m not a personal trainer who should definitely know better.
Her body is probably in bits but she’s not got the sense to take it down a notch to allow her to actually live outside of training.
 
Shiv would you like to address your one troll this morning??
It would be great content if you started openly talking about all the fillers etc you were getting before getting pregnant on a one night stand.
Or you could talk about how as an "expert trainer" you know exactly how to keep your baby safe while doing these daily punishing workouts.
That would be get some serious views on your page
