I genuinely don't believe that there is anyone that would pay this ignorant fool for PT and if they do they are worse than her pt's are everywhere now so much to choose from, imagine picking her
Even if people sign up, and even if they go and they don’t cop that she has no clue what she’s doing and she’s not even slightly interested, I imagine most people will not want to be filmed for content, and I can’t imagine her doing this and NOT wanting to record people. I go to a yoga class and sometimes a girl comes in and props her phone against the wall and films herself and I KNOW I’m largely in the shot behind her and god only knows how many followers she has. People who sign up with Siobhan KNOW how many people their sweaty workout pics will be shared with - and more than likely accompanied by a condescending comment like “Mary couldn’t even locate the changing rooms before she met me and now look at her, putting weights on the bar herself!”
This +++If this bint got injured she’d be the size of a house. Over training is detrimental to health especially for women & even more so for peri menopause/ menopause women! It causes inflammation, raises cortisol etc! & if building muscle is your goal resting is when it repairs itself & grows

I mean she had a chance to do that during the pandemic when the rest of the world and trainers were doing home-workouts (usually for free or a small fee) - so why anyone would pay £40 to do a training session with a trainer who has no knowledge of what she should be doing .Regarding the PT in a gym, she would nearly be better off just charging £40 and doing one to one home workouts or something from zoom if 100 of her followers signed on thats 4k a month. Or going to a pure gym type gym, rent is a bit lower but then you can make up the money. I am not sure the likes of virgin active and those type of gyms would allow her to make loads of dough but I stand to be corrected.
Exactly- she's wayyy behind the times here. Even my coach went online during lockdown and provided plans (& equipment) for his clients so they could continue to workout. He also used the time to upskill, gaining several specialised certifications (one was a masters in sports and exercise medicine!) and is now able to supplement his coaching career with this. She reminds me of local pt's who've done a 6wk online course (like she did tbh) and are working with people who genuinely don't know any better?I mean she had a chance to do that during the pandemic when the rest of the world and trainers were doing home-workouts (usually for free or a small fee) - so why anyone would pay £40 to do a training session with a trainer who has no knowledge of what she should be doing .

Same here- long time follower. That's why i think she's absolutely desperate for cash now- she HATED doing PT, I think possibly because she's so socially awkward, I don't know how she ever lasted as a hostess!I'm following her since her flyfit PT days, sitting in a dark car on winter mornings about to go in and meet a client with her horrendous long nails and false lashes, thank God they're all gone now. Then she saw a much easier way of making a quick buck, which she did, with online coaching. Safe to say that's finally dead now cos she's regressed back to her roots. Id say she'll hate every minute of it.

Preach it. This narrative of she can do well if she does XYZ with her online following. She could get X thousand a month if she does this - the bleep dosnt listen to advice from anyone . She’s going back to in person coaching because she has no choice. You can tell she will hate to have her daily life interrupted - didn’t she once say she would refuse to help a family member or friend out if it meant it would impact her daily habits . So don’t see someone working full time getting to workout at 2pm .Exactly- she's wayyy behind the times here.
