I'm not training for the Olympics, so Fitbit gives me plenty too. Steps, intensity, sleep quality...and a "readiness" score which Garmin calls something else I think. Includes heart rate variability etc, which is what those coaches would be into. But ultimately it's all for fun anyway - if I'm feeling awful, I take it easy.
Was just about to say the same, my fitbit tells me what sort of sleep I've had so I don't get the big swing here??
I've also never posted my sleep to insta
