Sims Youtubers #9 Lovestruck flailing, Lilsimsie not prevailing, Kelsey hiding from the press, who can impress?

Because that's a brand name hamper, probably cost her over $100. I recognised it as soon as she pointed it out

EDIT: Possibly over $200, https://www.amazon.com.au/Joseph-90...38673cf358a9d314bc3ec052863&gad_source=1&th=1
Lol so about $135 USD. I hate these complicated household items. They’re just bigger taking more space in your room, more components to have to clean and more likely to break and keep together etc…

Seems way too complicated and a hassle cause each section is the same size/ capacity while you may not generate as much light-colored clothing v dark-colored clothing (and vice versa) etc.

Especially annoying with those tiny holes for each basket when you have a bulky sweatshirt or sweatpants to squeeze into

If you were obligated to use a creator code to buy your next packs, who would you choose?
I'd go for Syd or Doctor Ashley, they seem the least problematic of the bunch.
They seem to just be having fun playing/recording and don't share too much of their little life problems. Also I don't remember them being part of any controversy/racism etc.
And maybe Kayla because of all the charity donations she does.
(technically I don't buy the packs anymore as to not support EA, but 🏴‍☠️)

Given how often Deli just wears black, she's going to have a hard time filling up the light-coloured side 😂

It's so impractical and unnecessary - I can see it being useful maybe if you wear a lot of clothes that all need to be washed differently, but for average washing, it's not needed. You don't really need to separate colours every time, especially if you've had your clothes for a while and know the colours won't bleed. But it's expensive, so of course Deli has it.

Syd to support my fellow 🇨🇦 or Risshella. I still won't ever use the codes, but they'd be my choices.

Why the duck did they protect every single thing in their house like that, I'm dying here. 😂 Those rooms are literally on the other side of the house (away from the kitchen). OH NO what if DUSSSTTT was to get INTO THE ROOMS... FROM UNDER THE DOOR. NO we cannot clean it we cannot allow it !!! I find it very laughable and cringe.

I have to mention the fact that they've decided to install locks on all the doors because they're scared the workers are gonna steal their stuff... (even though they have emptied all the rooms. What if they decide to steal the bed cover, okay !!). No but you don't understand it's to PROTECT the workers because then we can't say they stole something !! I'm buying them SNACKS I'm a GOOD person okay !!

Look at good person Deli, she even bought toilet paper and hand washing products JUST for the workers. Can't allow them to use OUR good quality stuff, duh... She disgusts me lol. She's literally emptied her house and then went and bought products for the workers. 😂

Of course everyone in the comments is kissing her ass about how she's so nice for thinking about the workers and how it's so smart that they're protecting the house !

Other honorable mention :
- "I didn't imagine it would be so much work to prepare the house, I'm so exhausted"

Did you guys see the size of that bleeping house they're renting ? And for 10 weeks. I can't even imagine how much money they're spending on this rental. It's also very funny that with the size of this house they've only managed to install one computer that they're gonna have to share (even though they've installed 2 but for some reason the dining room one is only for editing). It's such a joke. When she said they'd have to share a computer I thought it was because they were renting a studio or a 1 bedroom flat....

I hate them. :sneaky:

Hmm it’s a bit douchey of steph0sims to post a screenshot of lilsimsie on her story revealing Kayla has endometriosis. Steph clearly thinks she’s being funny but LilSimsie might actually be quite upset about lots of people knowing that? Unless Kayla has been speaking openly about it? I don’t really watch any more and I don’t watch streams
In her livestream Kayla said that Steph asked her permission to post it and showed that tweet to the chat

LMAO that's so stupid and unsurprising of them. I had a pipe leak in my kitchen when I was living in a one bedroom apartment last year. The wall was damaged and had to come down, but I stayed in the apartment, along with all of my things. Only the kitchen appliances, food etc was removed and the kitchen blocked off. These rich people are wild.

I’ll give them a pass on this, but I’m also HORRENDOUSLY allergic to dust, especially drywall dust. That tit gets everywhere and is so hard to clean. I’ve had emergency work done in my apartment and because it was unexpected, nothing got put away or covered and I legit almost had to go to the ER after because the dust was literally on every single surface of everything I owned, down to the pens on my desk. It was so bad. Obviously the allergies don’t help but I don’t blame them for covering everything up. Plus clean up is a lot easier that way.

But Deli buying what I assume is the cheapest soap for the workers is right on brand for her lol

You summed up everything that I didn't have the energy to comment here, thank you 🫡
Why did they empty the whole house? The workers can't use your toilet paper? Is it a designer brand you saw on a celebrity house tour or something?
And I know she said that "tradies" is a normal term in Australia, but to me it sounds terrible. If someone knows and can confirm that it is common, but everytime she said it sounded condescending and diminishing.
And setting up snacks for them like they're kids having a play date at their house.
When I had work done in my home, I gave the workers here extra pay to show appreciation, because I know that they get paid the minimum their company is obligated to, and I've worked minimum wage for years, so if it were me, I'd prefer money over cookies and toilet paper.

When I MOVED I did more for the movers regarding food/snacks than she's doing for people who are redoing her entire bleeping kitchen. AND I tipped them. I'm not out here looking for praise and headpats bc that's basic bleeping decency (& esp for someone like Deli who's got enough bleeping money TO do it. Hell, I'd bet people with far less do far more for people working on their houses than she has). That snack box is like a toddler lunchbox. Yeah, she's not required to give them food or snacks, but if you're GOING TO than bleeping do it and don't be a cheap witch 🙄

And, ok, sure, maybe you wouldn't leave out your (probably)stupidly expensive soap (bc you know Deli has expensive soap that is identical to store brand but she's paying for the label) but you also wouldn't show yourself leaving them soap like you're SO GENEROUS AND KIND....bc, who the duck doesn't have soap in their bathroom?? So showing yourself putting some there just makes you look like a jackass who's begging for praise for simple, basic human decency (although that IS Deligracy so, why am I shocked)

Tradie is a very common term here is Aussieland 🤗

Thank you for letting me know!
I think it came across like that because of the way she said it, and I think she said it in that way because she is aware/thinks(?) most of her audience is not Australian. But yes, it's a very normal term (see the Bluey episode called "Tradies), to the point it would be considered kinda rude and weird if she said anything else.

They said they're having some structural work done, didn't they? When the house next door to my parents was demolished we had dust everywhere in the house, even with doors and windows closed. It was literally inside the cupboards. I walked around all day thinking my glasses were foggy but it was the dust hanging in the air. Maybe they didn't overreact with the plastic covers 😂
