Hey, found these threads the other day and I've spent days reading them all

I also found the threads by googling 'deligracy annoying'.
Couple of things, I can't stand her traipsing into James' streams all the time. She needs to find something to do with her time while he's working. Maybe working herself might be a fun idea for her.
Also, I'm from the UK and make a traditional trifle and that thing she made was not a trifle. I thought surely she must have made it totally wrong but I looked up the recipe she followed and that's how it's meant to look. Never been so offended by a trifle.
It's nice to find a bunch of people who aren't the ones in everyone's comments telling them how amazing they are. There's only so many comments sections you can read without anything remotely critical or constructive until you feel like it must be you there's something wrong with!

And yes, that’s exactly how I felt! I’d watch their videos and think okay, there’s no way I’m the only one who noticed…and then read the comments and say, apparently I am!
I watched Deli’s most recent build (the apartment reno) and everyone is absolutely falling over themselves in the comments to tell Deli how amazing it is. It’s fine, very brown and gold (because all gold* is automatically classy, according to her). Zero personality and she even said she envisions it as being staged to sell, which is exactly the vibe it gives off. But the way people were kissing her ass and acting like she created the most incredible, perfect thing…it’s no wonder they all have such big egos!
*No shade to gold, I love me a nice gold accent, but Deli’s thought process is very much gold = rich = luxury = classy. It’s very funny to me, especially since gold as a “classy” look is very modern and trendy. It really wasn’t that long ago having gold accents was tacky and outdated. But don’t tell that to Deli!

since when was James so clickbaity. I just went to watch his new video (this house is 100% free) and I thought it would be a video being creative using debug. He explains in the first 20 seconds it’s a base game build but I immediately clicked off for being annoyed for clickbait. I may watch it later but that really annoyed me - I thought he was better than that

Same here!! What the hell honestly, clicked out of the video so fast… The build was tit as well like why limit yourself within starter funds? I hate it when simstubers do that, there’s MORE than enough starter homes out there on the gallery, I’d so much rather have my sims live in a dingy place til they can afford a beautifully decorated home than buy a shell with the cheapest showers?

I wonder why there seems to be a pattern with sim youtubers starting off fairly normal and then gradually getting louder and more erratic. It happened with Clare, Plumbella and Kelsey. I mean, at least Clare calmed down slightly but I’m watching Plumbella videos from 3 years ago and there’s a huge difference

The “nachos” made me cry. There was a carrot on there!!! I’m all for healthy eating but do not plate that up and tell me it’s nachos!!!
why does everything need edible flowers in it? like cakes yeah cool but nachos?? guacamole??? JALAPEÑOS??????
i make banging nachos. like actually make them. with my own made dips and toppings. not just random tit thrown on top of crisps and a few flowers sprinkled on top

I would not eat a flower that Deli claims is edible without doing my own research first.

Edit to say on second look it’s not a carrot but I believe a small orange pepper/capsicum, my mistake. But still. It’s not nachos and full of veggies with a few flowers sprinkled on top

Just watched Delis video where she took about 3 weeks to renovate the 3 storey apartment. God knows why I watched it. Apparently I really wanted to hate watch something today.
Theres a point in the video where she looks into the camera and says "thanks you guys" as if she's on a live and she's been getting help from the chat. But she's obviously just recording a video. Honestly it's the most condescending thing ever.

Pretty sure it’s to appeal to kids, and then in plumbellas case pre-teens/teens. Kids generally love erratic shouty tit.
Don't forget the glass has a flower in it as well

It annoys me when simmers build houses on budget so often. Houses in sims aren't bought with real money, it's just a game, who cares how expensive it is.... What is the point of watching them build same cheap house over and over again
I'm not sure what that green dip is but it sure as hell is not guacamole. She may call it guacamole but it looks like some sort of yoghurt based dip.
