Literally has her vag with the umbilical cord coming out
Sorry too much of a TC to edit the wiki, but Simmo was on the podcast Kiwi birth tales - going on and on about how easy birth is. Despite her facials in her birth video saying otherwise
My friend had really good abs and she was told this would be more difficult for the labour. I can’t remember how labour went because that was years ago all of my kids have been different labours and deliveries.Exactly - I know some really “unfit” friends who had super easy/quick births & others being what I would call super fit having more difficult labour s/births.
Everybody’s birth/labour is different.
Maybe she had an easy birth with Asher because she has a wide pelvis/hips (gynecoid. Pelvis) so it was easier to birth him.
It’s the shot where the camera is up by her head and she’s feeding A while the midwife is clearly stitching her vag back together that made me laughJust saw a snippet of her birth video. Ahh… it’s not very classy to share intimate moments and your body like that to the public, is it?
Looked like she really had a hard time with pain haha, all her facials! Kudos for going through that but I wouldn’t be sharing that to the whole world. Yikes.
Had to go on a long drive, so what did we do to fill the time we listened to her pod cast. Thank you for the fun 54 minutes Some very interesting and contradictory comments. Here is our summary
Not once was there mention her fitness contributed to an easy birth.
It seemed very well prepared for, phoning the photographer and support people so they were there in plenty of time to capture the event.
Jess was a good birthing partner, made her a playlist, had the fake candles and diffuser.
Due to being induced she was given a time frame of active pushing, before they'd look at interventionist measures. And with her pushing and positional changes, he came out just in time.
Asher latched on straight away, five hours later after repairs and a shower courtesy of Jess, they moved and spent three days at birthcare. She liked it there, but there was aircon, and she'd rather have fresh air.
Home was where the routine was, they love routine, and both being extroverts they loved having visitors every day for two weeks until lockdown hit. Then they realised they'd sacrificed much bonding time having all the visitors. (This will be different with Ryder/Not Asher)
She never took maternity leave, (but stopped makeup role) had no time off, decided would stop if she wasn't coping, but had Trenti working from home to help.
Baby Blues hit at day 4, but was a high, which left her curled up in a ball on the floor for two days crying uncontrollable happy tears. Trenti didn't know what to do
Breast Feeding came naturally, she was prepared to formula feed if needed, but he latched on and she had milk straight away, and when she was really tired Trenti fed expressed milk so she could sleep. She fed until six months, but Asher had been on solids since four months, so weaned on to formula just for top ups
No exercise until 3mths. Would go for daily walks. She said she needed the fresh air for her mental health, otherwise she'd get really low.
Started with post natal pilates then F45 at six months PP, but not bouncy exercises in case her insides fell out (her words)
Her relationship with Trenti strengthened over their new bond. First five days she never changed a nappy, he did it all. It was a privilege to watch him grow into fatherhood. There was no us time for them in the first three months, but then they got Asher into a routine and he "slotted nicely into our life"
Then she talked about her high sex drive, so decided we didn't need to listen to any more.
Roll on the Not Asher/Ryder/new baby pod cast.
Thank you for your service! What a load of crap from her.Had to go on a long drive, so what did we do to fill the time we listened to her pod cast. Thank you for the fun 54 minutes Some very interesting and contradictory comments. Here is our summary
Surprised she hadn’t replied withBuy bots, get bot comments!
She has panadol of course! So she said if she didn’t go for her daily walk after Asher she would feel low and was doing for her mental health? I thought she didn’t have any mental health issues or days where she felt low?
