I might be way off but I have a feeling that the scenes with Big that have been cut are something along the lines of Carrie getting on with her life but Big being present kinda like a ghost, with her in spirit, talking to her etc and her reminiscing. Or flashbacks of their married life - since the second movie. I don’t know, as another poster said above, it feels so butchered and like we were supposed to see more 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's criminal how few views the parody has got, I hope he does more

It's a shame I feel too commited to my avatar to change it to Carrie

There are more laughs in ten minutes of this than in all the episodes of AJLT so far. Love the bit where he says she’s come so far that she’s now a guest on someone else’s podcast. I mean, why wouldn’t she have her own podcast? She was a successful newspaper columnist who’d written best selling books and had fans who recognised her in France. If they were going to get rid of the voice over, they could have had Carrie’s musings on her own podcast to tie the episodes together, and there would have been no need for Che and her ‘woke button’.

"I've finally made it, as a guest on someone else'spodcast"

i will NEVER understand why they didn’t keep the voiceover but have it as carrie’s podcast instead - it was a clever (and obvious) way to update the show but still stay true to the original. and i agree that i have no clue what they’ve done with carrie’s career. she was successful, had a big and international fanbase, a publicist etc, where has that gone?!?!

This was my problem with the 'cultural appreciation' of saris in the show. She could have dressed so much better in Indian ethnic wear but chose to look like an ugly fruit basket. Also, the thing she wore is called a lehenga not a sari.

Indian dressing isn’t just about saris, Carrie Bradshaw
Last week's episode of And Just Like That was a cringe-worthy mess of ‘cultural appreciation.’ Article from The Telegraph.

I'd like Steve to complete his basic food hygiene certificate🤞🐟 🥗

This just in.

And Just Like That... writers reveal David Eigenberg's real-life hearing loss inspired making his character Steve Brady partially-deaf in SATC reboot

I've just started watching the series from the beginning and to me the four leading ladies characters all hold up to today, properly fleshed out characters. They're flawed but strong, ambitious and independently minded women. To be honest looking at a lot of the female role models these days (e.g. reality tv) we seem to have gone backwards a bit.

The wokeness and feeble mindedness is turning me off at every scene. Their faces have completely warped. Charlotte got done dirty by her plastic surgeon(s). She's got the 'Joker' smile now that a lot of older Hollywood female celebs have.

This was him interviewed for AJLT, so he has hearing problems, but doesn't sound like he does on the show. Why are they turning it into The Golden Girls all geriatric?

“They’re in a good place and they’ve raised a great kid”?? Miranda cheats on him and the child is having sex to the point where they can hear him?? That doesn’t seem like what he’s saying is true 😅

I’ve subscribed to Now TV for this shitshow.

I will watch the lot, as appalling as it is.
Who thought it a good idea, that escapism entertaining TV should include unfunny lectures on what is unquestionably wokism gone bonkers?

The characters are unrecognisable (only Anthony retains his original personality). Miranda is reduced to a gibbering wreck when she meets a black woman and Charlotte doesn’t know any black people.

Does anyone remember that scene from The Hunger? David Bowie ages decades in moments whilst he is sitting in the Doctors waiting room. It seems that this has happened to Steve.

The series is so disjointed timewise, it’s impossible to keep track.

As for Chris Noth, he has not been found guilty of anything so should not be treated as such.
