Didn't Carrie rent her old apartment out? I've not watched AJLT and don't want to I'm enjoying reading all your posts on here(y) but Miranda having a drink problem ok but she doesn't also need to be confused about her sexuality:rolleyes:
Well in film 1 she sells it...then buys it back...then I think film 2 its just used as an escape house when people need "those 2 days away" lol assuming was kept as that if she goes back to it in AJLT

In episode 1 Stanford asked if he could stay at her old apartment for the night. She went to give him the key but he said “oh I’ve got one from last time I stayed.”
I thought it seemed a strange conversation, sort of shoe horned in - probably so that we don’t query it when/if she leaves the home she shared with Big and goes back to her old place.
I mean who would leave an apartment unoccupied for all those years?

For me Miranda’s drink problem doesn’t make sense! I’ve just re watched the episode with Brady’s christening (but disturbing when I’ve just witnessed a Brady sex scene on &JLT!) and Miranda is pretty judgy of Steve’s mum who attends the church after a few drinks and acts generally embarrassing drunk. Old Miranda wouldn’t have a drink problem, if they needed to give her a flaw why not pick something else?! They did make out she had some weight issues in the series, could they have revisited that now she’s older, or just- you know- ANYTHING believable for her character?

Stop it 💀

How will they write Stanford out? Anyone know?

No idea, but I read that he's only in the first three episodes, so if that's true we won't see him anymore. They wanted him to film one last scene with SJP to explain his absence but he was unable to do so.

I also read they had a major storyline planned for Stanford that had to be scrapped. Wonder what that would have been? Maybe that's why we're getting so much of the terrible podcast and even worse stand-up 'comedy.'

So I follow this girl on insta, the cat is always Samantha! She nails it everytime (and also does a brilliant Tony Soprano)
She has fixed the reboot and it's so much better 😂
I tried to do a link but it didn't work, hopefully someone can do as think you all would appreciate it!!View attachment 934431
Just watched this, made me laugh out loud, the little cats mannerisms are perfect 😂
