Finished up to ep 6 and my feelings so far are
1. Mary does not want another child and their marriage wont last another year.
2. Jason and Chrishell have zero chemistry and are fake as f**k
3. Christine is funny sometimes but obviously still a complete witch.
4. Love Mya still(wondering if stillbirth will be mentioned😔)
5. I'm here for the drama so less property in the way suits me.
6. Really dislike Chelsea.
7. This series better than last.

Oh and I really wish the rest could just leave, no point to any of them, especially Amanza and Vegan(can't even remember her name at the minute)
 
There’s been a few videos of Chelsea on TikTok.. Her dress was tied tight at the back with elastic bands 🤣

I'd love a battle of the offices.. houses from both areas and maybe some office mixing. ANY drama but Christine drama.

I find Christine just plain mean. Even if she is being upfront etc she's just a hungry s**t stirrer and cant own up to what she does. If she actually is like that in real life, how scary
 
I can’t help but think the Christine finale story is real. If it wasn’t really she would SURELY get her lawyers onto it for defamation cos it’s such a bad accusation! Literally illegal in the UK, although dunno how the USA anti bribery/corruption laws work.

I work in financial services and an accusation like that would be career ending. Would lose my professional accreditation & my job for starters and doubt there would be a comeback

Wow, I just had a look at his latest insta video and that's crazy. It reminds me of the house Mohamed Hadid had to pull down, I wonder if the Ciello Drive one has been signed off by building regulators? And if so, how did that happen? It's so awful, they seem to be ruining LA, pumping all this money into these ridiculous looking homes and mainly for investor reasons, like the hideous one that was being punted at the end of this series, where the agent was basically saying you stick £20m on this 'investment' and you then rent it out for music videos etc. Great! I'm sure their neighbours are pleased! And every time they (used to) show a nicer, older home, everyone's just looking at it and planning to tear it down.
 
Binge watched the whole of series 5 yesterday. Lolling so much at Mama Openheim, she is the absolute image of Barbara Streisand in Meet The Fockers, physically, mannerisms and everything she said. I was just waiting for her to share graphic details of her sex life and it would have been a full house
She is SO not what I expected their mum to be like.

Christine definitely had her moment about three series' ago. She is awful, that villain behaviour is so one dimensional. I'm glad she's gone. I absolutely hate Chelsea and hope she fucks off quick too. All the face on challenging people she doesn't even know. It's so made in Chelsea about ten years ago. The format is old and desperate. Bore off

I wondered this too. I think she’s holding onto the dream of having a perfect family with someone she loves.

I have a friend in a similar situation and she’s desperate to have a baby. I told her she could have a child on her own and she got extremely offended. She refuses to give up the dream of meeting a man, falling in love, and having babies together. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s going to happen.

I know it's not easy and most people would like a partner(not all of course) but at 41 Chrishell might be running out of options. Always surrogate though or adoption.
 
I always wonder how it works when they have a massive house to sell and say they will contact all their clients. Like, are a lot of their clients repeat purchasers? How can they afford to keep buying all these houses?!
Also when they go nuts over the views, I think after a while all the views and even the houses start to look the same?!

Also, if they have an agent from elsewhere bring their clients to view one of their listings and they end up buying it, how does it work with commission? Do the 2 agents split it?

i also think all her drama is intentional and real. her passion isn't real estate but money and fame and it obviously worked
